We stayed in room 4. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the windows to the back of the house, and though the airplanes were loud, we really enjoyed being under the flight path and watching them take off from the window! Contrary to some opinions, I found check-in to be simple. The key is easy to locate, so long as you actually read the instructions, they are clear and accurate. And I liked that we could do this without bothering anyone.

The biggest downside of this room was the bathroom, which smelled quite strongly of mildew/damp, and then the shower flooded significantly - which I suspect maybe the reason behind the smell. If you’re staying here, make sure to keep your things elevated as the flood soaked a few things we had in the bathroom. The mattress springs felt a little worn and soft, but we slept just fine, but I think more than one night might have been noticeably uncomfortable.

Very clean, no trouble parking, nice and quiet, big stores not far away, very close to where I was training, kitchen comes with all appliances, plates pans eating utensils too, also kept very clean and tidy, everything worked I had no trouble cooking meals, fridge and freezer was in a good working order and also nice and clean.

Although the shower windows are frosted, when you shower the outline of whoever is in the shower a silhouette can be seen from the road, I felt a bit exposed, I placed an extra towel, to save some dignity.

Super near Heathrow airport. Really great value for money because the room was huge by London standards. Big enough to do my yoga. Clean and crisp. Private shower and toilet with a nice view out the window. It was a perfect place to stop for one night and far exceeded my expectations. Also appreciate that somebody was answering my email immediately.

There was a glitch with the access process and the email for that came a day after I left. But there was somebody to help me when I called so all turned out well in the end.

I liked the location as was close by to Heathrow and walking distance to my location with good transportation if needed. The room was clean and tidy and secured well. The faculties were fair and clean and tidy. The owners are very attentive and reply to you quickly if you have anything to ask.

The only fault I can give is that, they should of been more privacy in the bathroom area and at the windows in the property. I.e a blind at the window as I had to put towels up to conceal people from outside to see you having a shower. On approach I noticed this and could clearly see someone having a wash in the shower. Bedroom window also need to be concealed from the road as you don't want to spend your time in your room with curtains closed especially on a bright sunny day. That is my only fault which can easily be resolved in an hour to buy up a blind.

It was clean and felt secure.

The instructions were very detailed, however, there seemed to be a typo for one of the codes in part of the instructions and it didn't work for the outer door, which was a little frustrating, especially because it started to rain on me while I was waiting outside. That being said, the customer service rep was responsive and very helpful and I got it sorted out without too much ado.

Thats perfect accomodation for subcontractors and many other trades,as is nice , comfy ,you have all facilities like home and location is briliant as you get in 45 min with heavy traffic anywhere in London!!! One of the best stays so far and more than fair price wise!!!

Deposit as it was keep bouncing back is something about the aplication you use for invoicing the deposit

Was much better than I expected and really near LHR I didn't have high expectations at all. This was really good and easy to reach by Tube to Hatton Cross and then bus.

Only the sink and showere were ineffective at keeping water off the bathroom floor.

Spaciou fully equipped kitchen/ seating area. Comfortable bed with a heater inside the room Also, clean bathroom and a hot shower .

There were 2 windows in my room, which was a plus as I would like to be able to open it for fresh air . The only minor was that the small window didn't fully close, so a draft and some outside noise came in .

The location, proximity to Heathrow, was ideal. And the closeness of the tube station allowed easy entry to Central London

I had a difficulty with the locks on entering and as it was pouring I was soaked by the time I entered. The keys on the front Door keypad did not illuminate straight away.

Price Proximity to Heathrow Proximity to public transport (bus, train to airport terminal of choice ~ 20mins) Indian restaurant and pub nearby The rooms are adjacent to a very pleasant fenced reserve with pedestrian access from the road. a mix of mown open grasslands and regrowth of hawthorn, blackberry and an occasional younger oak tree. Less a park than accidentally undeveloped open space in the peri-urban environment that affords home and shelter for urban fox and rabbits. Within the shelter of the younge shrub and woodland the grass lands open up vistas of sky with air liners stretching their wings and roaring into blue take off. Probably not everyone's cup of tea but good for anarach wearing plane spotters or people who like natural woodland regeneration in the urban context.

I didn't like providing a digital copy of my drivers licence or passport as a provision for gaining access to the rooms. These primary Identification documents are all that is needed for identity fraud, yet there was no clearly or prominently displayed privacy agreement for safe storage and disposal. This disturbed me fundamentally grated and annoyed me. The sound of jet planes taking off to the north east was tolerable even with the window open.
