Hotel arranged pick up from Station for us. Hotel quite near Fort, only 10min tuk tuk ride away. Room was large with the most softest, comfiest bed have slept in whilst travelling in India for last 5months. Big soft pillows, lovely duvet and clean bedding. Bathroom good size too with towels provided. Hotel reception staff very friendly and helpful. Ask them to arrange Mr Salam the tuk tuk driver for you as he is brilliant and gave us a great tour of the Fort for 4hrs at a very good price. (600rps)

Arrived and told to eat in restaurant over the road as they didn't want us using their restaurant. Hot water very temperamental, sometimes none, sometimes tepid, sometimes great. Cleaner very rude, always giving us evil stares and laughing at us with her colleagues behind our backs.

The rooms are superb for a budget traveller, although a bit pricy, but cheap accommodation for foreigners in Chittorgarh is not easy to find if you need WiFi. Friendly English speaking staff. They even helped me finding a locals priced ride to the bus station. Really appreciated the backup plan for electricity cuts. The hot shower was the best I've had in India. Enough hot water to wash my hair. Desk and a coffee table in the room and very comfortable bed. The location was much better than I expected as the bus from Udaipur dropped me literally by the door.

The restaurant is closed for renovations and the room service only works sporadically. There is however a bottle shop and snacks shops literally just across the street though. As lovely as the room was, I really wished they changed the linens between EACH guest, not just the Indian way which is sometimes.

I liked the fact that it's right in the centre of the city and not too far from either bus stop/station or places to visit. The staff was friendly too and helped me with everything I needed

Yes overall we liked very thing which was provided. Good hospitality and great management. About food we are not sure as we did not had food in the hotel as it is hotel did not had the facility of food supply.

Very clean. Excellent tea and bread toasts.very good hygiene. Try and book directly. Through online websites you end up paying about Rs 1000 extra.

Location is easily accessible and close to railway station. We reached early morning (before the scheduled Check In) but staff has helped us with check in and made rooms available. Also, rooms were clean and confortable. Team has also helped us with arranging vehicles for local sight seeing.

Staff helped me to catch bus. Good food at fair price. Wifi works.
