The room was a good size for us as a family of 4 and the location was great for the activities we wanted to do within the area.

The walls felt paper thin. We could hear every movement of our neighbor-who was not loud-at 5:30 in the morning, as if they were in our room. The other weird thing is the pool party on Sunday with the DJ. It felt as though all the DJ's friends were there and vaping all around the pool, and drinking from a cooler on the other side of the fence, and techno music on a Sunday at 3pm. It just didn't feel family friendly and we noticed that other families staying there didn't end up staying long because it was uncomfortable to hang out there for any extended time.

Staff was great and room was ver comfortable.

Bedsheets kept falling off during the night. Could consider getting one with elastic bands so they’d stay in place.

It’s next to other hotels/resorts in the area. We were able to walk to the moose market for snacks as well as take a gondola ride up the mountain where we saw a moose and had dinner. You need reservations for the restaurant but we ate next door at the pizza market, it was good and the view was amazing. The hotel is next to the summer concert venue, can be a little noisy but it’s usually done by 1030pm. Upon check in, we were offered fruit infused water (yum) and the use of super goop! Sunscreen. Loved that.

The room we had, the balcony was not private nor divided so our neighbors kept taking our outside chair. Halls were dark even with lights on.

Location and room are good. Bed is very comfortable to rest after skiing.

I paid extra for kitchenette, but it was nothing there except microwave and sink. There were 4 bags of tea and then never refill like you have in other places. There were no complementary hot beverages in common area to sit and relax compare to other hotels in the village. You feel like you rented the room, but no feel you stay in hotel.

Loft room was reasonably spacious and had a very comfortable king bed. Room was clean and modern. Location was close to ski hill. Hot tub and pool were great after skiing. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They had a secure place out front to store skis.

Pull-out bed had an uncomfortable mattress. I would have loved to see more hooks on the walls to hang ski gear and coats. Our room was billed as a kitchenette but just had a mini-fridge and microwave, would have liked some plates and flatware or even a toaster/toaster oven

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. That in addition to the convenient location made the property very worthwhile.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the layout of the property. Though the property has been upgraded and refined, it still has the bones of a motel. Having to go outside from inside to reach one’s room isn’t ideal, though hardly a dealbreaker. Also, the mattress was very saggy and in dire need of replacement. I would have had a far better vacation with a proper mattress.

I liked the location a lot. It was right next to the mountains and next to the Grand Tetons national park. There were trams to go up the mountains and the small village was nice to walk around.

The couch bed appeared to be broken. The sofabed mattress was also not very comfortable but it allowed me to sleep at least. The main mattress was great according to my mom. I also asked for things like water and blankets. Water never showed and the blankets were wrong but at least serviceable.

I like this property because it’s right there at the resort. I was expecting to go to my usual hotels in town. I happened to check on the app and noticed Gravity Haus was right there at the resort at a reasonable price that was below the hotels I usually stay, so I decided why not. I made a fantastic decision after my snowboarding trip and Skis Jeans Day. I just returned to the parking lot and then went directly, picked up my belongings went into the hotel, and checked in a great location.

I was figuring out the hot water in the shower. Besides that, nothing, and it was a big deal.

The room is very comfortable, clean and properly equipped. The hotel is located very close to the Tetons National Park. Excellent experience with heated pool and hot tub.

It was probably unfortunate but we wanted to celebrate the birthday at Wild Pine during the stay but the restaurant canceled the reservation at last minute. It wasn’t nice but there is a selection good restaurants around so finally it wasn’t a big problem.

Amazing staff! Small issue with the room was resolved immediately with manager of the property proposing couple of options. Also by request staff were able to allocate me a micro fridge, which was handy for small breakfast. Ski storage was great(however skis only, no boot warmers).

To my taste the mattress was a little too soft, however I didn’t have any back discomfort at morning like I usually have with a soft mattress.
