The room was very large, clean, comfortable, and in good repair.

There is no in room coffee and that it isn't available until after 8:30am. If coffee was available earlier or in room I would have given a 9 or 10.

The location was perfect, next to a lot of stores. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

The only complaint I have is that their card reader kept malfunctioning. I often had to go back to the front desk to get a new card so I could get into my room, which was a little irritating getting back there late with two children and having to do that.

The staff was very nice. We got maid service every day of our stay and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator and they had an ice machine. It was exactly what we expected it to be and it was perfectly close to everything we wanted to do. There are freeway on ramps and off ramps a block away in either direction...very convenient! There's even a Trader Joe's across the street and Costco a block down.

Basic, but you can't beat the price. Location was walking distance to Target, convenience store, and food options. For two nights it suited us fine. Pool was right across from our room. Staff was friendly and brought us extra towels without having to wait.

Slightly outdated, but was not expecting anything extravagant. Driving in and out of the property was a bit tricky, the entrance /exit sits right at the street light.

The owners were very pleasant and helpful.

The showerhead was a bit leaky, but no biggy. Upon opening our bathroom window, it was a bit odd being able look into back storage area of someone's. A simple screen for the window might have worked nicely or maybe just locking the window up completely. The pool floor was dirty looking, there was a little bit of plastic litter in the pool, too, but we didn't let that stop us from swimming and havibg fun. The water was cleaner and warmer than expected compared to how chilly outside it was.

The hosts of the Country Inn were very friendly and helpful, even providing bottles of water. The room was spacious with a large TV; comfortable bed; refrigerator and microwave; air conditioning/heat easily managed; iron and board; and was very quiet. Thick walls prevented any sound from others. It was very near a Trader Joe's. I will definitely stay at Country Inn again!

It was close to where I was going, the room was clean and neat. The person at the front desk was really very nice, took the time to engage in conversation and made me feel welcome. I would stay here again if in the area.

The bar soap needs to be replaced. I know it sounds petty but it wasn't very easy to use. There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I left in the morning but wanted to tell them that the toilet needs to be addressed, it needs to be bolted down better, is loose.

Check in was quick and easy, the hotel room was clean (other than an odor of cigarette smoke) and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay!

My room smelled like cigarettes upon arrival. It wasn't bad enough to complain or request a different room, however it was a distinct odor and was the only negative.

Staff is always friendly. Stayed in room 115 and it was very large even with the king sized bed in it. There was a alcove with a table and chairs. The bathroom had a bathtub that was a little tricky to get the shower to work but it did work.

The a/c worked great but it was pretty loud, I used earplugs because it was too hot to turn off. The bed was fine although only three pillows on a king sized bed is not enough for me. In the past I’ve been in room 104 and this was much nicer in my opinion. Also this room did not have the kfc drive thru directly behind it like 104 does, so the smell was much better in 115. Coke machine took my money but no soda.

We live a few hours from Santa Rosa have stayed here a number of times in the past 2 decades. Great location with easy access to hwy 101, downtown, and across the street from Costco and large shopping center including restaurants. We have stayed here with our dog, which compared to other lower priced motels/hotels like the Motel 6's in town, is much more comfortable. Run by the same people for years, I can say they are very nice and professional. The rooms are quiet, clean. in a vintage and homey way, and importantly has comfortable beds. Shower has good water pressure, Will continue using as our stop over in Santa Rosa.

It isn't a 5 star hotel, but neither is the price.
