Friendly, welcoming host and staff, a location that can’t be beat, and a great comfortable bed. Great location in the mountains above Kas, with great views, and lovely quiet. We stayed in the stone cottage rooms—because they had a full-size tub!!—and it was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Dinner was very tasty and breakfast was the full on Turkish spread and also very tasty, definitely one of our top five in the last month. They go out of their way to spoil their guests. Excellent shower, excellent A/C, extra blanket in the room and they provided a wifi extension for the room so we had good signal. And, as we have come to expect in Turkey, the room was spotlessly clean. It was lovely and I can imagine a few days here would be so relaxing.

Our only real issue was that the toilet cubicle and shower both had clear glass doors, so someone at the sink could stare in at the person on the toilet. A little opaque window film would be very appreciated! There are two steps up in the room from the sitting area to the bed platform, but only on one side, and the person on the right gets out of bed to the lower level, which can be a bit surprising in the night. Neither of these minor quibbles distracted from the great stay. We’d definitely come back.

Everything was great! Very polite staff. There are very nice shampoos and conditioners in the room. There are also slippers in the room. There was a very beautiful view from our cottage. The sun was warm and in front of the cottage there is a small veranda made of terrace boards, with a table and chairs. The cottage has everything you need. A saucepan, a frying pan and dishes. A small stove, a refrigerator and a small dishwasher. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Thank you very much. We have stayed several times, we will definitely come back again.

The staff was very accommodating. Quite place. Restaurant food was yummy.

Pillows too high. Cold house with no real heater. Dogs very friendly but during dinner they bother you for food. Curtain in main room too small and does not block sunlight on one side. Reservation was made with private hot tub but none in our accommodation. They let us use the hot tub one day after the guests in that house left.

Absolutely amazing property!! New, boutique style hotel in the middle of forest managed by young friendly team. Rooms are nicely decorated, you have a small kitchen and living room. Everything is done for your total comfort - good quality of bed linen, aromatic candle, some softs in the fridge, intimiste terrace with forest view. Can’t not mention the breakfast - it was just fabulous!! Best we ever had in Turquie in term of presentation and variety of choice! All in all: value for money - I would put 20 out of 10 if I could:))

Restaurant was closed in the evening as it’s low season time and I’m sure it should be amazing experience. So will need to come back:))

Everything. This small resort, accommodation, the team who run the place, facilities, location, breakfast - all fantastic and amzing value for money. Will 100% return and recommend.

Only comment is bar music volume should be kept low, the location is amazing and it's nice to hear nothing but the birds or sound of the wind. The team took this on board whilst we were there so no complaints.

Kairos Hotel is absolutely stunning. It was so nice being surrounded by nature. Our room with the jacuzzi was very nice. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The pool was also amazing and so was the breakfast. I would highly recommend staying at Kairos Hotel! We wished we could have stayed longer.

I would highly recommend hiring a car as Kas Town is around a 15 min drive away.

This place is approximately 12 km from Kas center, right in the mountains, great views. There are in total 6 small houses, so no crowds, all is very peacefull. Breakfasts were tasty and diverse, we enjoyed them a lot. House had cutlery and pots, so we were able to use the kitchen. Little details like aromatic oil they provide do make difference, we appreciate an effort to actually make guests feel like home. And we fell in love with a local dog ). We also had a couple of dinners and food was great, thanks to chef! Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the concept is great.

There are a lot of things to improve, so hope the management will read this review. 1. Water was leaking below the kitchen sink, apparantly the pipe is broken and rusty, we had to clean water every day and block the water completely when we are away. When we addressed this problem to reception they said it is ok. Hmm, which will cost you more money to replace a faulty pipe or kitchen cabinet (it was soaking with water)? 2. Jacuzzi bath was useless as it did not have any hot water, that is a pity because we payed extra to have it 3. Lights in wc were flickering. We also felt it would be great to have some information about area, attractions, how to get to Kas by public transport, etc.

The stay here was the best of our trip, as we had an excellent dinner and breakfast, a comfy and secluded cabin (the tiny house in the corner of the premises) and were able to use the jacuzzi although it was chilly pre-season and night-time. (We ended up adding hot water from the kitchen tap and stayed in it while it was raining.) The environment is calm and scenic, the property is modern and well maintained, and the staff are very helpful.

As we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, these are really minor issues and rather hints to guests. First, the restaurant smelled a bit smoky (there was no visible smoke) due to the fireplace – certainly not relevant in summer, and those bothered in winter can pick the table in the opposite corner to have one's own door for ventilation. Second, the air conditioning in our tiny house didn't react immediately when we set it to heat, which we mistook for being defective, and switched it off. We identified our error when retrying with more patience in the morning, when it was indeed a bit chilly. But it was sunny outside! Third, the staff forgot to put our dinner on the invoice – you may need to remind them like we did. 😄

A beautiful peaceful location and wonderfully helpful staff. Thank you in particular Sadik and Bedirhan. We felt very pampered. The delicious breakfast served under the trees was a great start to the day.

There was nothing not to like. The hotel is unique.

1- Location, 2- the property 3- the peaceful surroundings and a spacious porch 4- Sadeq was good and understood guest dynamics. 5- cosy and reasonably clean 6- had an iron and a board

1- The couch bed is quite small and uncomfortable feet. Probably better for children than adults over 4 feet in height. 2- House keeping isnt by default and requires asking for it. 3- Wi-Fi was slow 4- the staff is very helpful, but there were some minor communication issues.
