Excellent room, great location, close to the city center, bus stop 10 meters from the hotel. The owner of the hotel is very attentive, welcoming, responsive. The room rate includes a Brixen Card, which gives you free travel on public transport not only in the city itself, but also between cities, and on the ski lift, while you save a lot of money. Now, as for the room itself: very clean, has everything you need, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white. A wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony. We were left with very pleasant impressions and next time we will come only to these apartments

Extremely nice hosts. Also speaking good English. The landlord gave us many valuable advice for trips to the hills, and we did what he suggested and had a great time. BrixenCard is included in the room rate and offers free cable car (that would otherwise cost us 100 eur) and free public transport, buses and trains, not only in Brixen but also to other towns in South Tirol. Excellent location, close to old town. Highly recommend.

Karl, the host, was wonderful. He gave us suggestions, let our kids play in the back yard, and played the accordion for them. The apartment was huge, clean, and well-stocked (great kitchen). We had a huge closed in terrace. We were about 15 minutes from the old town (walking) and right next to awesome parks tha our kids loved.

Lovely host Karl greeted us and was very helpful all through our stay. Nice sized apartment that had everything we needed for our stay. Balcony a lovely place to sit and enjoy the mountain views. Very convenient for buses and a short walk to the supermarket

A little street noise but we slept very well.

I really liked the atmosphere, and the fact that it is easily accessible by all public transport. The location is super nice. And above all, Mr. Karl is a very very kind, accommodating host, he took the time to explain all the transport systems and how the Brixen card works and so on. I had the best time living at Residence Hofer!!♥️🎊 10/10

We were very satisfied with all aspects of the accommodation. Mr. Charlie was very nice. He introduced us the Dolomites guide carefully and played a welcome song for us. It was really great! I hope to come here again in winter.

The hotel is super nice and clean, easy to access and at a very fair price. The owner Mr. Carl is friendly, classy and loves to help and give suggestions for visiting the area. I hope to visit him again.

NOTHING FOR SURE

Mr. Hofer is a very kind and we had a nice welcome. Parking is just in front of the property. We were given the Brixen cards for all of my family which was very helpful. It is an old building, but the apartment was good enough for us.

It is a bit far from the downtown, but we had a car and also with the Brixen cards, you can use the local transport.

Great location near to a supermarket and a great restaurant. Only a 10 - 15-minute walk into the city. Excellent value for money. The room was a small-ish studio, with everything one needs for a short stay, clean and well-kept. Very friendly host.

Quite a busy street, so best to keep the windows closed if you want to sleep in.

It was a wonderful 2 days at the hotel, the owner greeted me very hospitably, helped me with routes in the mountains, suggested everything, the hotel is very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains, I recommend everyone to stay there!
