Can't tell anything about magic hotel xhibition because I book 2 times room in xhibition and 2 times I was sent to another hotel, magic hotel korskirken. Im traveling a lot of and stay most times in hotel, so for me very important, good room, clean bed, clean towels, good location and that's everything was perfect. Just my advice to hotel to change little bit breakfast sometimes. I want to come back a lot of times but breakfast coming bored. Thanks magic hotel and see you soon.

The hotel was exceptional in almost all aspects. It’s right in the middle of the city center and you don’t need any other mode of transportation other than walking. It was extremely comfortable, well looking and clean and the breakfast was very good as well. Although there was a problem with my check in, the receptionist gave me a premium room as a compensation, so I have nothing to complain about. It was value for money overall.

The only thing that I didn’t like was my check in experience where there was a problem, but they solved it by giving me a premium room, so everything was fine at the end. But this single reason is why I put a 9 and not a 10/10.

my room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. the location was excellent and was easy to find in the dark. The app and online key were very easy to use.

I had read reviews that there was a loud bar in the same building and was dreading it. I only heard music on one of the nights and it didn’t disturb me. The entrance is shared with other businesses and is a bit dirty, could be better.

On our way to our cruise we stayed one night at a Thon hotel and came into Magic Xhibition with low expectations, considering it was cheaper than the Thon. The size, decor, and cleanliness of the room + bathroom really impressed us! Plus it’s inside a mall and right next to Bergen Sentrum rail station, so location was quite fabulous!

The check-in was a little inconvenient (had to walk to another Magic hotel nearby) but since the hotel had sent us the details, we were not surprised by it. Second - would have been lovely to have breakfast included with stay, like most other hotels in Bergen offer!

When I first booked this trip I asked for a room in Hotel Magic Exhibition. However, when I eventually found out that the "Exhibition" hotel was Unstaffed and did not have 24-hour Check-in, your Customer Service Department helped me to transfer my booking to your sister hotel MAGIC HOTEL KORSKIRKEN, BERGEN. The whole of this review refers to my 6-night stay from 17- 23 April 2024 in your MAGIC HOTEL KORSKIRKEN, BERGEN, NORWAY

I did not like my first - Room 228 - because it had no real windows, so my room was changed to ROOM 219 which was very pleasant and had a big window overlooking a side street and some traditional wooden houses. Room 219 was almost perfect except for the shower in the spacious bathroom which was only half the depth of the shower in Room 228 and had its long side (rather than its narrower end side) wide open. This meant that the shower, when turned on, splashed water on to the floor even before a guest entered the shower. I am not complaining about this but just letting you know the situation and suggesting that you close off the wide side with a glass panel and remove the end glass panel to provide the entrance to the shower!

Nice and clean, very central, also the room was very quiet. It was very close to the fish market, and the airport tram. Staff were friendly and communicative. I had the breakfast, which is held at the nearby sister hotel, and it was a very good breakfast.

I chose it because it was so close to the airport tram, but they don’t do left luggage at this hotel, only at the sister hotel Magic Hotel Korskirken. As I was arriving in Bergen before checkin and departing after checkout, it was annoying having to lug my luggage to the other hotel for storage and then back again

We got a larger room this time which was much better. We were on the 6th floor closer to the nightclub but this was one night and it finished at 1.30am. They also provided ear plugs in the room. We also had tea/coffee facilities unlike our previous room and we had a nice large bathroom. The location is the best bit of the hotel as we were 5min from everything we booked. As we had stayed previously we didn’t bother with the key card app and just got physical keys from the sister hotel 4min walk away. I would recommend this rather than using the app as it just does work.

Great location on the doorstep of most things and having the key on the phone was great. Very comfy beds with two pillows which was nice. Good enough storage for two people having a short stay (2 nights). Nice touch with a kettle and cups so I could buy tea bags and make tea.

There was difficulty with getting into the main door but as soon as we reached out, staff sorted the issue. There must be a small drainage problem as the bathroom had a faint eggy smell. However the place was very clean. The bathroom sink was also a bit difficult to navigate as it was very small.

It is 150m from end of Light Rail from the airport. Right in CBD. Free wifi. Supermarket in basement of building (separate entrance).

This is a no reception hotel. A day or so before they ask through booking message your email & phone# so they can send you a password for their Magic Key app. No password arrived. A lady coming out said it was always a problem& showed me their phone#. I decided on the 2 mins walk to sister hotel to get a physical key. This worked. My wife said another man had the same problem. Avoid the Tragic Key and plan to walk to sister hotel. Would stay again knowing this.

Great location. A few minutes walk to fish market, key bus stops right opposite and restaurants closeby. Comfortable bed, good size double, windows that open and plenty of light.

Self checkin with mobile is a disaster. Several couples asked for help each of the 4 days we stayed, all unhappy. Staff at sister hotel were helpful but the point is, they are not there. How is this hotel rated 3 star with no service onsite?. Expect this kind of do it yourself checkin with a cheap hostel perhaps. Entry ares are shared with other businesses and are tatty and dirty.
