It’s the nearest hotel from the station .just 1 minute way to food station. It can find so many different foods to eat. And the people of front desk restaurant is very friendly. The facilities perfect. If go there again , I will booking this hotel room again .very nice experience.

if the hotel can provide bath sponges, that’s perfect .

The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. The font desk staff were all very accommodating and helpful. This is one of the highlights of our time in Hiratsuka.

We liked everything about the hotel: location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.

Superb location, supportive and knowledgeable staff - even when I was using a translator app, wonderful and plentiful breakfast, overall good value.

The bed and pillows were quite firm and hard. My family members joked with me that we had to use rocks as pillows. Though we were very grateful for the breakfasts, after staying for two weeks it did seem to be like the same food over and over again.

Like with most Toyoko Inn's , the benefits are in the details. At it's core it is a normal business hotel with the normal sized room, but the staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are very clean. The buffet breakfast is simple, but very welcoming in the morning, and starts the day well. Beds are comfy, wifi is fast, and the price is better than most of the competition. This particular hotel also benefits from beautiful views and a great location near the station.

Too little place to have breakfast, the area will be packed with guests from two buildings, but they have an option to bring food tray upstairs to eat at your room which is a great solution.

the location was next to the station, so very well connected. lot of eateries nearby.

the room sizes are very small. very difficult to accommodate two people in one room with luggage. the bathroom was also too cramped. very difficult to get in and out of the bath tub, can cause fall.

We are senior citizens and the comfort of the bed was little to strenuous on our backs leaving them sore.

The room was a good size, with plenty of space to work on the desk. The bathroom was good too. The staff members were very nice. When I return to Hiratsuka, I will likely use the hotel again.

The bed wasn't comfortable. My only other small criticism would be that my train was at 6pm, it would have been nice if the hotel could store my suitcase for a few hours after check out.

Staff were kind, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was something to look forward to every day, and the location was excellent.

Needing to stay away from the room for 6 hours on cleaning days was difficult a couple of times.

The hotel located near to the station which very convenient as I was travel with little Children. Breakfast was very classic Japanese that was great experience. you could either eat at the lobby or take away to the room.

The room was a bit small also no connecting room for 4 family traveller. wish the hotel has more option for the room.
