The staff were helpful and efficient. Cleaning staff were very good. Pool area was lovely, clean and relaxing. Plenty of sun lounges for everyone. Area was quiet at night and the size of the hotel and pool meant it was never too busy and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had nothing in it but we just took a list to reception and they supplied what we needed. There is a small grocery shop in walking distance. We had made a mistake in our booking and they were very helpful to fix it for us. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Shower even though clean could do with an update. No dining table inside but we used the table on our patio.

Very nice complex with apartments and pool in the inner yard. The apartment was clean and functional. The entrance was directly onto the inner yard and the pool, which was very convenient. The breakfast included was quite good. The staff was friendly and WiFi was efficient. Free parking in the back of the complex seemed safe. Beach was only some 15 minutes walk away. If you want to stay away from all inclusive crowd, than this might be a good alternative, like it was for us. Will stay there again when next time in the area.

There were 2 ACs in the apartment, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor in the bedroom. The one downstairs did not work when we arrived, seemed not to be working since a while. When reported to the staff, they claimed service will come the next day, but it never did during our entire stay. Luckily the one upstairs was working well, but the entire situation left a negative memory on the otherwise positive stay.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had the great convenience of two bathrooms. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the towels regularly, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was simple but tasty, with a selection of eggs, croissants, baquette, jam, ham, olives, dates tomatoes, and water

The only downside was that the kitchen had no essentials- no plates, cups, or even a kettle. However, when we asked at reception, they provided us with kettle and some pots. Overall, a great experience.

Beautiful big clean rooms. The hotel is well maintained. Plenty of duvets for winter months. Staff all really helpful and friendly. It's right on the main road so easy to get a taxi or walk to the beach.

My flat had a kitchen, but there was nothing in it - no kettle, no pans, no cups, no plates, no cutlery. I asked for a kettle and they said it wasn't possible, so I went and bought one! Seems silly to have a kitchen you can't use!

A great option all around. The staff are great (helpful, friendly and professional), the breakfast has a lot of options for people with an array of dietary requirements (I don’t see how any one could moan about it!) and the accommodation is clean, spacious and fully equipped. A wonderful stay, we even extended our planned 2 night visit.

Nothing major- the location may be a bit in the middle of nowhere but is still within a 5 minute walk of most amenities and there’s a plethora of taxis around. The WiFi occasionally goes slow but we stayed when the hotel was completely full so it may just be because of the high usage, when I needed it from 4am-7am it had no issues.

The place is wonderful and close to the city center and large and small markets. The suites are wonderful and can accommodate 5 or 6 people. The reception staff are wonderful. The atmosphere is quiet and wonderful for relaxation. There are two swimming pools for children and adults. Breakfast was very good. I recommend it if you want to visit Djerba Island for a short time. The price was excellent compared to the location.

We absolutely loved the stay in Djerba Palm Suites! Staff is very polite and helpful. The suite exceeded our expectations - looks even better in reality than on the photos and is very spacious. We enjoyed our time at the pool and had lovely dinner delivered to our room from the hotel restaurant - I can recommend salad mechouia and the best souris d'agneau I've had in my life. Parking staff deserves extra recognition for always recommending the best spot taking into account the sun & shadow. The location is perfect for visiting the island, we used the car and could easily access the beach, nearby cities & attractions as well as do quick shopping

Perhaps different options / more choices for breakfast every day if you would like to improve something? But for our couple current breakafast was totally fine with both sweet and salty options available :)

Loved this place. Super kind staff. Massive two floor suite. Very relaxing pool area. Amazing croissants at breakfast!

We were here in April and it got a bit cold at night, rooms could use a heater. Kitchen wasn’t automatically stocked with cooking items and silverware (but when we asked it was brought to us right away). Wifi a bit spotty in the room, more reliable by reception.

Aside from the reception hall hosting parties and wedings until 1am and the loud music keeping us from sleeping, everything was perfect. The room was actually an apartment with 2 complete bathrooms and a kitchen. 2 stories of amazing design beautiful. The pool area also amazing and beautiful. Café palm djerba is part of the same building. The place to be. Nice people until late at night and generous and good food.

The pool was great and the room was comfortable and clean. There was many options for breakfast. There was a microwave in the kitchen. Check-out time is at 12.

The kitchen was completely empty (i.e. no pots, pans, utensils), so I was not able to use it. I used the paid laundry service but they stabled all my undergarments and socks and then I had to go through it and un-staple everything.
