I really liked the quiet and safe environment, along with the clean, nicely scented, and spacious room. The bed was super comfortable, and the location is great—only about a 10-minute walk to see Mt. Fuji from Mr. Fuji View. The building is only two floors, so keep in mind there’s no elevator. It’s also fully self-check-in, with no staff on-site, which was convenient for me. Need to checkin with QR Code with Number which send from the hostel. Not that difficult please check your email before checkin

The only downside was that the room isn’t soundproof, so I could occasionally hear noise from other guests during the night.

The room was lovely, really.spacious.with a seating area and a view of Mount Fuji. The tea and coffee were lovely. I liked the area which is a short walk from the lake.. There is a 7-11 right near by. Bus stop really near by.

The shower room was cold and the shower itself not brilliant. It is a great position, but I will say be warned there are not a huge number of places to eat nearby., especially in the evening and the tourist bus which stops nearby does not run very late. I found a restaurant after a walk but one was shut even though google said it was open.

The location on the lake was very convenient and there was a 7/11 right outside. There is a bus stop right outside and the area is very walkable. There was a microwave in our room that came in handy.

There weren't any staff on hand, which could be frustrating to some people. We enjoyed that aspect of being able to self-check in and out, and it seemed they could be reached by electronic means, but be forewarned. The lake area was very busy while we were there, which has nothing to do with the hotel, but the area is popular so keep that in mind if you are expecting a quiet relaxing stay. You could hear the crosswalk near the hotel beeping all the time. You could also hear people outside very clearly. It wasn't a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. We always sleep with a sound machine, so we were able to get over it. The rooms are definitely outdated, but it was sort of in a charming way.

Room very nice. Good design, combining western and japan (washitsu), tatami dan low table are nice for gathering and family dinner. There were 2 single beds for me and my wife. And they provide 2 futon for my kids (11&9 yo). My kids love the futon, clean, soft and comfy. and bed, clean and good design. I think the room is spacious, nice for take a rest also for family gathering, chit chat while joking. They also let me to put my suitcase after checkout, while i going to sightseeing around the lake.

Rental bike open at 9am, but i need it at 6am.

We liked the location which was close to a bus station (we arrived from the train) And also close to the various attractions. There was also a 7/11 next to the hotel so that was convenient. Felt very homey, spacious, bright room, comfortable beds, view from the room, convenient bike rental. A view of the Fuji in good visibility.

In the shower it was difficult to direct the water, there is no space between the toilet and the door.. There were no laundry services. On the entrance door to the hotel it is written that it is not locked and this gives a feeling of a little insecurity.

Amazing hotel, will definitely stay here again. I would love to see it during the winter months. Staff were absent a lot but very friendly and contactable via whatsapp and email. Rooms were excellent. Rustic but clean and very comfortable. It was great having a 7/11 just outside too for late night snacks or early morning breakfasts.

The hotel is on the north side of the lake so be prepared to catch a lot of busses both to and from the station. Luckily the red loop bus line stops 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Facilities-wise,; all facilities are nice! View wise; You can see the peak of Fuji-san from the window! It is really mesmerizing. it also only a short walk to Kawaguchiko Lake. Distance-wise, you can enjoy walking and jogging around the lake. I went there only for one night with my family. It is really convenicent!

Maybe I didnt read it carefully, It say the room for four. So i expect the beds are for four people. But actually, there are 2 single bed and 2 extra futons. and you need to manage where to spread your futon. Nevertheless, I think for staying one night and backpacker it is okay! Not a big deal.

It’s close (we were driving) to masjid kawaguchiko which means, you can go to the halal restaurant easily. The laundry coin is close too, like 2 -min drive, if I’m not mistaken. Parking lot is huge. 7 eleven is just in front of the hostel, our room was actually facing the back of the 7 eleven.

But taking shower was a struggle for us because the water was rather cold!

Good location. Able to see Mt Fuji from the room and lake kawaguchiko is just 2-3 mins walk away. There's also a 7-11 right infront of the accommodation. The staff even helped to carry our luggage up the stairs the day we check-in. Tip: Those taking Red Line Bus, get off at bus stop 15 instead of bus stop 14. The walk is shorter.

Hot water pressure is low and this is the same as the previous times we stayed, so you have to be quite careful adjusting the shower which some may find difficult.
