Super location. It was just 2 stops on the Dart train to get to Grafton Street. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed walking along the canal which is just opposite the hotel and there is a Centra shop close by. It was not a cheap hotel and the rooms were nothing special. Rather dowdy with cheap furniture. The entrance to the hotel was bland. If you dont want to get the breakfast, then there is nowhere to get a small snack to eat like a muffin or some fruit. I arrived at 9am and I knew I wouldn't get into my room until later but all I was offered was a small ladies toilet area to try and freshen myself up after a long overnight flight. For being such a expensive hotel I would have expected better facilities.

Room had plenty of space, it was warm and comfortable. It was also clean and quiet. There are lots of storage space if you need it. Pressure on the shower was pretty good. There were sockets and lamps on both sides of the bed. Breakfast was basic but good. Location is great, within walking distance to the city center. Staff at the front office were nice and helpful, especially Bruno who helped us check in. This is our second time staying at a Hilton hotel and it never disappoints.
View from our window was obstructed by construction going on outside, but to be fair it's not the hotels fault.

Location was excellent easy to get in and out of City with Luas outside. Comfortable and very quiet despite it being busy and a function on Saturday night. Very helpful , friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Lovely fresh breakfast , despite it being a self service buffet, with loads of choice and a proper coffee machine.
At 3.30 pm the only food options on a Saturday was soup and various sandwiches, which were nice but we were hoping for something more like bar food as we were going into town for a show and didn't have time to go anyway else. No hot water in the sink in our room , shower had hot water at all times.

Breakfast was excellent although being so busy meant the cups and tables could not keep up Location is amasing for town and RDS where we went to the horse show.
Our friend had a room on construction side and the tram station. Something to be aware to ask. Ours was perfectly quiet over the courtyard but aircon didn’t work and I forgot to report that with such a busy few days. Car park is way too tight. People scraping cars on pillars. Hard to get into spots but very handy. Shame you hv to pay for it on top of room rate.

We got our three day stay for a great price, the location was superb and the hotel everything you would expect from a Hilton. Good clean, well equipped room, very good breakfast (Dublin restaurants are very expensive so the breakfast option is worth taking) and helpful, friendly staff, highly recommended!
Heating controls in the room was a bit hit and miss.

Great location being on the green Luas line, made getting to and from my destination (Balally) really easy and quick. Friendly greeting from staff on arrival, prompt and professional service as you'd expect from a Hilton Hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Good service in the bar in the evening too, a lovely pint before bed!. Quality of the cooked breakfast next morning was excellent, really tasty, and a good variety of items on offer too. A great stay all round.
The shared coffee machine in the hallway was not great, not the easiest to use as it didn't work the first 3 times I tried it, I would have much preferred an individual coffee machine in my room.

Nice staff, and a great breakfast with the usual high Hilton standards, although for the price we expected some things like shoe cleaning, robe and slippers that were missing.
Alas, I’ve marked down the score due to refurbishments on the floor above us. We were informed of them on arrival, but that work wouldn’t start before 9am, but hammers and drills were active at 8.30am on all the days of our stay despite complaints. There was no chance of staying in that room without earplugs!

It's in a nice quiet area but still close to many cafes and restaurants. Most of them are like a 5-10min walk. The room felt spacious. They also have a big hotel lobby to sit down while waiting for your room to get ready etc. The hotel bar/restaurant was quite big with a decent menu and was quite calm to relax after a busy day. But there are still pubs right across the street if that's what you like. Loved the buffet in the morning. The canal in the front is packed with people during warm days on a Friday night. It has a tram stop right in front of it.
Their check-in time felt pretty late at 4pm and we had to wait to get our room. I honestly don't feel the receptionist even tried to check us in early and just made us wait the mandated time. I saw people checking in at 12pm during my checkout. Oh well... everything else was ok. Still would recommend

I liked absolutely everything about the property all the way from the staff to the general decor and vibe, the hotel was very clean and the location is excellent being right next to the tram station.
The only downside of the stay was the shower, in general it was lovely but there was a slight drainage issue causing the shower tray to fill up and having to turn the shower off every minutes to let it drain

I had a very beautiful stay in this Hotel. The room, food and staff where excellent. Parking facilities perfect and access to the train/tram service couldn’t of been easier. Straight into Dublin City centre in 5mins. The Hotel accommodated a few special requested as I/we were on a surprise anniversary trip to Dublin which I’m very grateful.
I have nothing negative to say about my 2 day stay in this Hotel. Thank you to all the staff.
