Beautiful design, comfortable bed, quiet

I didn’t like the customer service I received from a couple of members of staff in the reception. For example, I arrived on Friday night and they told me breakfast is at 11. When I got down at 10:20 on Monday morning for breakfast they told me it finished at 10am. On the room card, breakfast times are written but using Roman numbers. So I was charged for breakfast and they didn’t want to hear about it. I think reception should give more thorough information to their guest and take responsibility of their guests coordination.

It’s perfect location, clean rooms and staff some of the staff are friendly

This time even room was much bigger and much comfortable but faced the street and outside noise was really bad, late night car racing’s and other loud noises, music from other places around. I understand that this is not the hotels fault but maybe noise cancelling widows would be so much better. Also I tried to speak with one of the hotels housekeeping staff unfortunately I was unable to have a conversation due to staff not speaking Lithuanian or English only Russian, that’s was slightly annoying and issue for me as I wanted an extra pillow. In the end I did asked the staff at the reception and was promised one but never received.

We loved our stay at Moxy Kaunas Center! The hotel has a very modern and stylish design with a fun, vibrant atmosphere. The location is perfect – right in the city center, close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The lobby and bar area had a great vibe, perfect for relaxing in the evening. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business trips – cool, comfortable, and very well located. We’ll definitely come back on our next visit to Kaunas! 🌟

The location as just off Freedom Avenue and walk to Old Town within 15 minutes maximum It was trendy I slept well each night - I found bed comfy and not hard at all despite other people's reviews Rooms were cleaned well Curtains insulated the light well at night helping sleep I liked the lights below bed which came on when I stood up during night

To nitpick here's a list.. My cocktail in the bar could have been better for 11 euros I couldn't taste much alcohol at all and there was a lot of ice versus drink I didn't like not having a kettle in the room but as I wasn't staying long term it wasn't a problem. Might have been nice to have a kettle or free bottle of water, if not a free pen or paper to use to make up for it lol. Generally hard to fault Some staff spoke far better English than others too and I felt there was a language barrier at check in beyond very basic communication and guesswork Room was a little too dark perhaps the main lighting could have been better

I had a great stay at Moxy Kaunas! The hotel has a modern and stylish design with a fun and youthful vibe. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the central location — just a short walk to the main street, shops, and restaurants. The lobby bar is a cool place to relax in the evening. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Kaunas!

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was fresh and nicely presented, the selection was a bit limited. Still, overall a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again

The location is great. There is a hotel Parking available either underground which is fabulous during the winter when its snowy and cold, but there is also a possibility to park right in front of the hotel on city parking which is free of charge between 20-8 and the ticket machine is right across the street from the hotel main entrance. The breakfast was great, bacon was cooked superbly, coffee had quality and there was even red orange juice available. Water kettle was not in the room, but you can have one by simply asking the receipton. About the room, we stated on the 5-th floor and the view over the rooftops with an almost full moon was unforgettable. :) The air quality and ventilation works well and absolutely loved the lighting under the bed and in the toilet that had motion sensors. Also the tv was rather new and with a proper big screen. Recommend this place 100% and will be staying there also 100% on my next trip to Kaunas.

I did not like that we had the possibility to stay there only for one night. Would've stayed a lot longer.

I recently stayed at the Moxy Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and nicely designed, with just enough space to feel comfortable, and the bed was very good — firm yet cozy for a restful sleep. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is fun and modern, which adds to the stay. Breakfast was average but did the job to start the day. All in all, a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish place with friendly vibes and good value.

No iron in room

This is my nth stay in this hotel. Top 3 in Kaunas, IMO. Room had a nice view of Maironio st, excellent bed with plenty of pillows. I love the motion sensor lights in the bathroom and custom lighting settings in the room. Cleanliness was impeccable as always. Breakfast options increased since my previous stay, with more fresh juice options.

Reception staff were slow. One staffer who spoke fluent Spanish and English, but not Lithuanian, was handling a long line at reception while other staff busied themselves with other matters instead of helping. Queuing for 30 mins to check in is unusual in Kaunas. Hotel is ageing. The slow-as-molasses ironing facility hasn't had an upgrade since it was introduced.

Sad that one morning we went to breakfast earlies than 10 and we are pretty sure it worked and we could get something even after 10 at 11 (because there weren’t signs and we thought that breakfast was till 11, even when out friends joined it was at 11) Next morning we were so excited to have a good sleep and then breakfast, came down little bit after 10 and everything is closed, breakfast apparently is until 10 .. :(
