For my trip, I chose this particular hotel because it is within walking distance to the Troxy concert hall, where I attended a long-awaited evening concert. The hotel is located near two metro stations and bus stops. Despite the nondescript appearance of the facade, the inside of the building was clean and the room welcoming, quiet, and nicely decorated. Clean linens, comfortable beds, large TV, and small fridge. It is obvious that the owners and staff care about the comfort of their customers. The breakfast they offer would satisfy the different preferences of the guests. The breakfast room is also very clean and cozy. The staff is responsive and friendly, but not intrusive. There is a market, many shops and restaurants very close by.

The cistern in the toilet, the shower faucet, and the door to the room need a little repair.

Some of our party also ran the Big Half marathon and they let us use the showers past check-out. The room was spotless and the bathrooms in were very modern. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. We would 100% stay here again as the price is fantastic.

Cosy and comfortaqble rooms. Even facing the street it wasn't noisy. Bonus free breakfast was amazing - i was expecting a stale croissant type thing but there was eggs, sausage, toast, fruits, and tasty pastries to chose from. Excellent location with the George Tavern just up the street for live music and hand made pizza.

For the price it really couldn't have been better.

The room was clean and mostly had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very kind and helpful.

The bathroom ceiling needed a bit of tlc and there wasn't any towels in the room but the staff were more than happy to give me some when asked. Also the rrom was quite hot but that was easily solved by opening a window.

Very good location, staff were attentive and polite. Would definitely stay again. Needed to change hotels quickly found dockside that offered a room cheaper and with breakfast which was amazing btw. The only issue I had was there was no toilet seat and room ventilation wasn't the best as the windows on the room weren't easy to open

The room was very clean and tidy, although it was on the small side, I would call it cozy, and it was everything you need for a few days stay. There was tea and coffee provided and even a mini fridge. The bedding was clean and there was even a blanket, and the pillows were lovely not those cheap thin ones. The reception was 24hr, so someone was always there, and you had to ring a bell for them to let you in and with it being a small hotel it made you feel very safe, and your belongings were going to be secure whilst you visited London. It was also nice that breakfast was provided although I didn't have one as I already had plans it was a nice touch to have that provided in a small hotel. The location was great with the DLR was literally about 300m away and took you straight into some of the main underground stations, so it was easy to access pretty much anywhere in London. The area the hotel is situated was very nice as well it was very quiet area with a main road about 200 meters away where you can easily get a taxi or bus and with several restaurants and convenience shops for any essentials. Overall, it was a lovely stay with a great location and friendly staff I will definitely stay again.

The only problem I had was the bathroom window didn't close properly and with my staying being it winter it made the room quite cold before I realized but I managed to fix the issue.

The rooms were very spacious and had all facilities uou would need. Tea coffee facilities lovely bathroom and good TV and beds. Location was excellent very convenient to get anywhere in london. The staff were great we arrived a bit early as we wanted to go out before attending a concert and would not be back until late staff were great and let us in to the room early and were very pleasant.

Returning one from a full day's outing to find my room not having been cleaned despite having left the key. I chose to give grace

The staff were fabulous and couldn't do enough for you The room was clean & bedding clean with a reasonable array of breakfast items which were included in the overall cost

The general room & fixtures were quite worn and the room was hot due to the warm weather & location so it was a little overheated however for the short break it was fine
