The room was great once we got settled and close to the festival we were there to go to.

We booked the room but were unable to get there the first night, so we called and informed them so they could hold our room. We called again when we were going to be later and informed them again. Once we finally got there, they had given our room away even after we paid for it and told them. One of the clerks seemed annoyed, but the other one was able to get into another room finally. So we did appreciate that.

It was clean all around inside and outside 5min from Walmart and H‑E‑B water park down the street a bit expensive but worth it. If you want something more simple and affordable their is a public pool 5min away all though the property has pool their was people smoking in the area so if you want something more kind friendly take the drive and explore 😊 p.s the room is big perfect for us family of 5

On our 2nd night a roach came to visit us but we put up the food and we never saw it again washer wasn’t working and dryer didn’t dry our wet clothes also make sure to ask for a bill summary before checking out because I got an unexpected charge that nobody could explain to me before leaving

The young girl don’t know her name at front desk has no Personality. Doesn’t say hi, or smile. I had a few problems my husband got sick had ambulance needed few things she acted like bwas bothering her. Girl working October 30th at 8 needs a talk g too.

Nice property. Clean comfortable rooms. Great location for our needs. Lots of great small business food option in Roanoke.

The construction on Highway 114 is inconvenient but the property can't do much about that. Breakfast was minimal during our stat.

The “safety deposit amount” that is returned at check out was not listed. Many hotels now have that temporary charge. It should be listed.

Thursday morning yogurt was available. Eggs, bagels, waffles, cereal, and apples were available. Eggs were very good. Friday morning yogurt was empty. When I asked for more I was told not available. Eggs were good. I ate a bagel. No cream cheese was available, only peanut butter or regular butter.

It was wonderful! The night shift front desk lady was super sweet. Great customer service and super friendly. The stay was comfortable and our room was clean. Continental breakfast was good too.

It’s a nice area. Staff very friendly & our room was so big!!! I was very impressed especially for the price being so much cheaper than a lot of surrounding properties. I would definitely stay here again

The location was within 30 minutes of Grapevine. It was Quite and clean. And the staff was friendly.

The only thing was our comforter had a big hole in it. I told the desk so they would not charge us.

Did not try the breakfast until my last two days. I thought it was until 10 but it was 9 so I never made it until the end of my trip but when I did it was very good. Our room was nice and quiet.

There was a bad ice storm and it took me two days to get to Dallas. I lost the first day and had to pay regardless. I was told that a cat was $20 a day when I called and found out it was $25,00 a day. Sent booking.com an e-mail stating what AARP quoted me pricewise which was lower than what I paid and never received a response to this question. I asked at the front desk and was told that AARP only gives 10% off and this quote was not accurate. Also, they scheduled housekeeping every 3 days. I cleaned our room every day, emptied all the trash, etc. which was ok with me but I would have paid the same if these services were provided daily.
