Very good location. Quiet area but only minutes away from the busy areas. Excellent access to BTS. Good sized rooms.

The property could do with a fresh coat of paint. The walls look a bit dirty. Kitchen towels should be replaced. They are very worn out. Gym and spa could do with some updating. A bit pricey given limited facilities.

Location is wonderful, the room are super clean and breakfast are so nice and the people are very helpful and respectful to the guests and provide you everything allowed with big smile I loved them

the only thing I wish if could make it is selecting a higher floor room cuz the view from the balcony is beautiful. the hotel or the building looks like having more than 20 floor but the hotel itself I think and not sure its like 14 floors only.

The property was immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was not as expected. We found it difficult to locate any nearby places to eat and drink.

Location Clean Friendly stuff

Huge suite, and lovely kind staff. Well equipped kitchen and everything in the suite was sparkling clean. I also liked that the restaurant was very modern and nicely designed. Even though the piped in my balcony choked up and flooded one evening with brown water, the engineer fixed it very quickly within 15min of calling them - pretty efficient in my view.

Noise in the morning. I'd requested a quiet room before I did the booking. Yet they put me right next to the storage& equipment room. Which meant I was hearing the staff load/ unload glass bottles of water at 7am- 8am every morning... By the time I figured out what the noise was, I had only 2 nights left, so I didn't want to change rooms, but I think the original request at time of check-in should have been paid attention to.

exceptional location near the sky train in the centre of town. but very quiet as over looks the US embassy gardens. really lovely view. wonderful apartment. great beds and very luxurious. big balconies with lots of space to sit outside and outside chairs provided. Air con worked very well. nice kitchen area .

the evening drinks and canapes included were very sparse. only beer and soft drinks and in total 2 very small plates of canapes. not worth the bother. the pool is enclosed and totally in shade, not inviting at all. housekeeping was late, about 4pm. but they were full when I was there so I guess its to be expected. breakfast also very small choice. its not really a hotel and I don't think most people make use of the restaurant, its very small. Nowhere easy to walk and eat in the evenings. its more of a long stay place and if your looking for holiday hotel vibes , its not the place. but great apartments themselves.

What is there not to like, everything was perfect. The location is in the middle of all the action where you have the malls right next to you at 10 minutes walking distance, and there is a spa at a 5 minutes walk. The breakfast even though small in size but everything was prepared to perfection and tasty. The view of the city from the rooms are breathtaking. And to top it all up the staff and especially the lady and gentlemen at the front desk Kung and Chok make sure you have an enjoyable stay at the hotel and iron out any details you need or clarification. Special thanks to dusit suites, will advise anyone to come here with their family.

nothing, everything was great

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 8 nights, the price was reasonable compared to the location and services, they had cleaning everyday and the rooms and living were spacious, the kitchen wasn't really fully equipped and the coffee machine didn't work properly but that didn't bother us since we didn't do any cooking, the staff will always quick and responsive, the pool was big and fun for the kids, I should mention the bed was a bit soft or overused probably but the pillows were comfortable, they even offered to make halal options food during our stay, I would recommend it for short family holidays.

We arrived the day before the earthquake. The hotel is immaculate and the staff is the best of the best. We went to the St Regis for dinner and felt the atmosphere was so uptight in comparison. We loved the pool area and the restaurant is great for breakfast. The day the earthquake happened was a devastating tragedy of epic proportion. Julie the hotel manager worked tirelessly to help all of us until the engineers cleared the building for re entry. I can not say enough about this secret gem. Oasis in the middle of chaos. True Thai hospitality and charm.
