The room was a little tight but the view more then made up for it. The chair in the room was somewhat uncomfortable but we weren't in the room much so it didn't really impact our enjoyment. The loungers at the pool and the beach were great!

I absolutely loved the perfect location of NIKO Seaside Resort MGallery. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring a great start to the day. The bar on the 5th floor offered delicious snacks and drinks, which was a fantastic spot to unwind. The staff were incredibly polite and kind, making the stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were excellent, clean, and provided an incredible view of the sea. The pool on the balcony was a highlight, providing an incredible view of the sea. Additionally, the resort offered easy access to diving activities and was conveniently close to a variety of restaurants.

The only downside was the limited number of sun loungers available during the high season.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would! We came here first time ever and spent 3 days! Wish we could have stayed longer. We were greeted with a welcome drink by professional staff. We had a superior suite with a private pool overlooking the ocean! What a view! Clean room and very spacious! The breakfast had all sorts of food, made to order omelets, a vast array of meats and cheeses and fruits and sausages, etc.. even Prosecco to make mimosas! Not just one but two Infinity pools overlooking the ocean! It was only about a 10 minute walk to the main area with shops, restaurants, with beautiful views! There was even a spa where we had a fantastic deep tissue massage by George and also offers other spa services. The hospitality was exceptional at this hotel with great staff especially Vasilis who helped with our luggage to our car! He was so sweet and knowledgeable. We miss it already! Can’t wait to go back again!

Good and clean Hotel, what we liked the most was the view from the restaurant and the staff. We want to give a special thanks to Loukia the hostess of the restaurant for a warm welcome and a wonderful experience. Vasilis who helped us very much in every situation (our luggage, the car, & the overall service. Like the little things as greeting and asking how our day was). Also Jessica (the waitress) who helped us with literally everything and was such a kind person. I would highly recommend this Hotel for anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay during their holiday.

the hotel was finished to a very high standard with beautiful furniture and a very comfortable bed. excellent WiFi connectivity and the view from the pool area was stunning.

a lot of the rooms were overlooked from the pool area but this might not bother some people but I didn’t like that. staff are absolutely lovely, can’t do enough to help but are new to their roles and service can be slow - bear with them! we ate the evening buffet one evening and there was no main vegetarian choice or vegan options.

Where to start ???? We ummed and ahhed about the cost as this is an MG Gallery hotel it was pricey so I was at least hoping it would meet expectation, well this exceeded expectations by a long shot and worth every cent. Firstly, I have NEVER had service like this not just by one staff member but EVERY single person who works there. I was going to ask if the owner gives them happy pills because everyone from the front desk, porters, waiters, cleaning staff treated us like we were royalty. It honestly made us feel so special. We were super early but they still escorted us to the restaurant and offered us coffee etc and wanted to show us around so we felt at home, Returning that afternoon to check in, we were given the junior suite and plunge pool and it was superb -the privacy is next level and it was an absolute highlight of our trip to Crete. Watching the sunset over a perfect evening was unbelievable. The mini pools are sparkling clean and they drain them everyday. The two pools are divine, you can grab a cocktail or two while you swim. They both overlook the ocean but they also have a private beach area directly in front of the property and you can order food and drinks till 6pm each day which is incredible. You don’t have to lift a finger. The food in the buffet is absolutely first class and includes bubbles. The bathrooms are beautiful with the shower fabulous, they just need some shelving for toiletries. The Manager, if I have this right Nikitass was so welcoming and engaging and did an excellent job overseeing the staff in the restaurant. I live in Australia but I hope to one day stay for a week. Impressive !!!!! Agios Nikolaos is absolutely beautiful and I’m glad I listened to advice as we were going to stop driving at Heraklion.

Food & breakfast was great Breakfast area and both pool areas have a stunning view on the see. Personell is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Concierges park your car and always find a parkingslot in otherwise crowded street

View from non-sea side rooms / atrium facing rooms.floors 1-4 look against a wall / other rooms as pool area is at level 5 and blocking any view towards see. Levels above have a deep look onto terasses and pools of lower level rooms Prices for drinks and food are quite high(130euro for 2 persons incl drinks - we did not have dinner included)

The view and property was beautiful!

We were upgraded to a room that had plunge pool. Our friend’s plunge pool heated, we asked three times about the temperature in the plunge pool in our room and were told three different stories as to why it wasn’t working. The maintenance guy came up and turned the thermostat on, and the last day before we left the plunge pool finally warmed. So we didn’t get to enjoy it. Everything it was great.

Great location less than 10 minutes walk to the center of town. Amazing facility. Beautiful pools, huge breakfast buffet, staff was very welcoming and helpful

On lower floors it is a bit noisy from the street. Also my internet connection was quite flaky and it took the staff a number of attempts to fix it. The room lights are way too complicated, very hard to turn them all off they seemed to have a mind of their own. A false fire alarm went off at 5 am due to another guest showering, is what they told us. That seemed pretty odd.

Sooo much to love! - Very new hotel, stylish, clean, comfortable features and room - Bed was huge and comfortable - Shower was amazing and always hot with Clarins toiletries provided - Breakfast was plentiful with many choices - View from the room (sea view) was stunning, we also got a free upgrade to a suite and we would only book the suite now for the space! - Location fantastic, next to the sea with a short walk into the centre of Agios Nikolaos for shops and restaurants - Staff all pleasant and kind and we were constantly being given complimentary treats which were a nice personal touch - Facilities are great for privacy if you wish, you have a button to change for service or not to your room, and if the door is opened slowly an alarm will sound which is an added feature for security, I liked this a lot

- When busy, it will be hard to get a sun bed by the pool. We had to make sure we were up early to get this after our first day we made the mistake of not doing so and not having anywhere to sit in the sunshine. The area by the pool and beach is quite small considering the size of the hotel.
