This was a super clean, super quiet location (I'm sure it's less quiet in the spring and summer). Other than the minor Internet inconvenience, this was a value- for- money compared to other locations nearby.

Free WiFi. That was what was advertised, but I had expected Internet access. Instead, I got "Connected Without Internet." So, I got what was advertised but I did not get what I expected. Instead, I set up my phone as a mobile Hotspot. I attempted to report this to the office, but it was manned by children. I did not see one adult during our stay (an older teenager checked us in, but I did not see her again).

Great location, very nice looking building, property very nice and managed, inside was nicely arranged and great amenities.

We found that the floor was very dirty. We didn’t have our slippers with and the bottoms of our socks became very dirty.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are all ground level close to the ocean, parking right outside my door and it was quiet and serene. The bed was comfortable, the couch was nice too. The room was clean.

In my first room the sink drain was broke and I couldn't unstop the drain. The bath towels were stained from previous guests, no big deal I used my own I had brought...The staff were professional and moved my room, in my new room no stains on towels and everything was working and seemed cleaner. Even still I would recommend this motel to other travelers and I will be staying with them again.

Staff was responsive, accommodating, and helpful with local recommendations. The coffee and breakfast snacks were decent, the kitchen space/dining table in the room is nice, bring your own silverware! It would be really cute to have one of those signposts with distances in the back grassy area that has walking trails or that directs you to food or the distance to the driving access for the beach. Even homemade would be awesome.

The grassy area closest to the beach seating and trails to the beach could use the same love and attention that they have invested in the room remodels. So close to making this really special.

Liked the large seating area and full kitchen with table and chairs. Liked the coat rack with hangers by the front door. Bed was comfortable. Extra towels were provided. Appreciated the standing fan in one of the bedrooms. Liked the covered front porch area.

Would appreciate another mirror outside of the bathroom. A full-length mirror would be great. Room darkening curtains and a hanging rack or wall hooks in the bedrooms would be nice. One of the beside lamps had no light bulbs. It was very windy Friday evening, and the damper in the stove exhaust pipe/vent was banging so loudly and intensely that it sounded like someone was on the roof banging with a broomstick. The furniture on the covered porch needs cleaning.

The newly-remodeled suite was nicely decorated and clean, and the kitchen was very well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. The staff were very nice and very quick to fix problems.

No staff member was available to check us in early as requested, even though that was confirmed in an email ahead of time. We had to wait an hour-and-a-half for a staff member to open the office. Someone left two used paper coffee cups in the room. The tub drain was plugged up, but a staff person fixed it immediately. She also was quick to take care of getting us new keys when the lock mechanism failed.

Room was very clean and comfortable.

Locked out of room after 11pm. Alone. Bit scary. Knocked on manager/owner door and was let in with new key. 2nd day, earlier, but locked out again. 24 hour guaranteed service but phone number a cleaning service that kept going to voice mail. Locked out of room - left for day - returned and let into room. Very inconvenient. They finally determined they always entered me as 1 night stay when I was 4. Breakfast bar needs to be better attended. Open until 11 but at 9, no coffee, no regular milk, out of one creamer and waffle mix empty for another client. Would I stay here again? Yes. In spite of the issues, my room was clean and bed comfortable and the rate was very reasonable.

This summer we travelled through Washington state without a set route in mind, so we booked the Ocean Shores Resort about a day in advance and also arrived rather late at night on the day of our stay. Due to good communication with the owners, it was still possible to check in; everything went smoothly and they were very nice to us despite the late hour. The motel is also very close to the broad beach and the town is super calm and chill. We loved our room, it was clean and bright, and we really appreciated the facilities (fridge, microwave, TV) and that there even was a couch & couch table in the room. They offered a nice breakfast & coffee in the morning and we didn't have to rush with the check out! We're so glad to have found this place and would definitely come back here on our next trip :)

Exceptionally clean, comfortable room. Very basic accommodations. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Decor was nice. The shower/tub was clean, and the shower head and pressure were good. We have stayed at much more expensive places where the shower heads were terrible, and there was poor water pressure. Appreciated good quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion) provided. It was handy to have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

It was odd that there wasn't a clock in the room. It could have used one more mirror over the table. It would be helpful to have the wi/fi password on a card or something in the room. While there was a simple complimentary breakfast, there was no real milk provided (just almond milk), and no butter for the waffles.

The rooms are very spacious, tall ceilings, recent remodeled and modern look, very very clean & super comfortable. Everything all feels new, even the shower. Love parking right at my door. Have a continental breakfast. Nice big yard in back with firepit & chairs. Great location. Stayed here twice & will stay again

Smoking guests often smoke right outside their door, there's a gap under your door so the smell comes in. Just cover the gap with a towel and it's fine. But that's a smoker thing not the hotel
