It was family oriented and on the Wharf. I could stroll the wharf and get food. The pool was great

We showed up really early, and we were initially told our room wasn't ready. But we could enjoy the amenities until it was. I forgot to ask if we got what we asked for in the room so I went back up to the counter. A different person helped me and said they have an identical room ready and it's an upgrade. Because you have a view of the wharf. I asked if it was the same price and was told yes. The inside of the room was great. But the balcony was unusable to me. It looked like the roof of the entrance had mold on it. So we couldn't use our balcony for the view.

The lady over seeing the breakfast was not friendly at all.. there were 6 different groups along with my family that come down for breakfast thinking we had until 10am.. (which most hotels quit serving at 10am) the lady was very ugly snatching up food and making comments.. any decent human being would have offer us what was leftover.. this lady did not care. She was more worried about cleaning up and getting out of there instead of accommodating the guest with what was leftover… breakfast should not end until 10am on the weekends.. especially with it being Father’s Day weekend.. most people do no get up early for breakfast.. 10am seems reasonable…

Well, for starters, your location is wonderful for Bama Coast Cruizin! I think it could be a bit more budget friendly. We go to about 5 car shows a year and never have to pay $400 for 2 night stay. As a matter of fact, our next car show is in Panama City Beach & we're paying about 1/2 of what you charge. The convenience of proximity to the show is really a nice priority though.

The breakfast was great; however, we suggest expanding the fruit selection for future offerings. The pool was a significant highlight of our stay, and we found the hotel's location to be quite advantageous.

The bathroom is situated in front of the bedroom. It would be appreciated if the sink basin could be of a standard or perhaps a slightly deeper design.

Room was great, plenty of room to relax and have a nice time. Breakfast was nice and the staff working it were very pleasant. Pool area is terrific for family and the hot tub was very nice. We ran into the the general manager on elevator when we were leaving and she was very nice. We are already planning to stay again.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was really good, and the location is good if going to a concert at the Warf or going to Owa for an event.

The rate I paid for a two night stay was very high. However, it was the July 4th weekend but still I could have stayed in a resort for the price I paid for hotel.

The breakfast was very good for a hotel, the entire facility was super nice and clean. We arrived a little ahead of schedule and the clerk was very helpful on things to do until our room was ready, they actually got us in a little earlier than intended. Short walk to the wharf and other activities.

The restaurant/bar in the hotel closed a little earlier than we expected, not much nightlife at the wharf.
