The room was very large and spacious. It was very clean. Reasonably modern bathroom. The tv had Netflix. Very quiet.

There was a bit of a mixup with our booking. It included dinner, but the staff said it didn’t until I showed them the booking. When we got the dinner, the food was actually amazing. We really enjoyed it. It was authentic home-cooked Indian food, and I would eat there again given the opportunity. The bed was a little bit hard for my liking, but my partner liked it.

Convenient location but still quiet, despite the nearby main road. A good size room. The restaurant on site was a real bonus despite not being licensed. Netflix was ok although there was a brief loss of WiFi.

Room 20 had a few maintenance issues. Water ran in the toilet constantly and there was no internal door handle to the shower, just protruding sharp screws!

Great location right along the highway. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Good value. There is a nice Indian restaurant attached to the hotel or you can walk around to the petrol station and they have a kebab takeaway shop.

We were more than happy with the motel, we were only there to sleep, on check-in we asked about where we could find something to eat for dinner. Our Host told us of a great place - directly across the street at the South Hay Hotel! (If you are there on a Monday night - its Lamb Cutlet night!) Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable the shower has a leak but I'm sure that will be fixed for next time. Most importantly the air-conditioning was quiet and adequate on a hot summer Hay night.

No drinking glasses in the room, only coffee cups, had to go get another towel as only one was provided but not a deal breaker at all.

It was convenient for our driving route, it had parking out side of room. Room was spacious clean and comfortable had a fridge kettle and all crockery etc it has restaurant.

Staff was good and willng to help anytime

The carpark was spacious on arrival, plenty room for larger vehicles or towed vehicles, staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was neat and tidy. We regularly commute through Hay and will absolutely be staying there again. Very happy

This was a quaint hotel. Wonderful staff. They offered me a free plate of butter chicken it was soooooo yummy 😋 If you need to stop over in Hay this is a perfect spot to stay. I stayed with my daughter and we really likes it.

The back sliding door was broken and couldn't lock, that's the only thing I can think of.

Spacious room- comfy and clean bed - towels were better than average and smelt nice! Soaps better quality than average. Friendly staff.

Perhaps leave a manual on how to operate the tv:😊 Would have liked to watch the news.

The staff and owners were very welcoming, guided us well. The rooms were comfortable with everything you can expect at outback. Location?? Fantastic... Food also was very good, we had a sumptuous Indian dinner. Wish them best wishes and a big thank you.
