Staff were excellent. facilities good, breakfast very good, something for all tastes. Nice scenic location on the river. There is plenty of parking and there are ramps about the place for people who need that facility.

Nothing, we enjoyed the stay, everything was great. Of note, there are no elevators. so if stairs are an issue for you, there seemed to be several ground floor options. This resort is about 1km or so out of town so you may wish to confirm options with them if you are not driving there.

Great staff; spacious room with partial view of Mekong River; great location at Mekong. Very good food at café overlooking the Mekong River

Just a few minor things: - Restaurant closes at 7pm already. Pay directly cash for meals & drinks. It would be nice to charge them to the room and pay at the end. - The patio of the café overlooking the Mekong River is great; but the chairs are very uncomfortable.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were open for a conversation and doing their very best to make us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and the view on the Mekhong River is amazing. The breakfast is good. Beautiful place to stay more than one day.

We had a room on the highest floor but there was no elevator. The staff (women) offered to bring my heavy suitcase upstairs but as a man of course I did that by myself. The beautiful view from the higher floor made it all worth though.

Loved the pool, the views of the Mekong and of Laos. Also, the hotel grounds were well kept and beautiful.

Wi-fi was hit and miss! For a hotel of this standing it was very poor. Also, the air conditioning in my room was under powered having little effect on cooling the room.

The location, right on the Mekong River. Only a few kms from walking street. The pool was great for these hot days. Breakfast was good..

The pool closing at 8pm...and also the Cafe closing early too, which meant you had to go into town to grab some food ...but ain't that big a deal.

Breakfast was very good , freshly cooked eggs, buffet choices ,fresh coffee.

A ground floor room would of been nice only because my wife struggled up and down the stairs due to a recent operation, but this was a small problem.

Breaky pretty good for Asian standards to western tastes. Location great. Great place to relax old school without too much noise.

Pool towels could have been available earlier or allowed in units overnight.

When we booked the room through booking.com we were under the impression that the room included a bath, however once we arrived we were informed that there had been an error and that the room we had booked did not have a bath. This was not a major issue and we were happy enough to accept that an error had occurred in the information on booking.com website regarding room facilities. Whilst we were happy with the room supplied and eager to enjoy our stay regardless, unbeknown to us the hotel staff contacted booking.com to query the information on there website. Booking.com kindly authorised an upgraded room for us which was outstanding. We would like to thank both the hotel staff and booking.com for their kindness and for making our anniversary trip so stress free and enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location and is spotlessly clean, the staff are very attentive and professional, without doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to this area.

Free upgrade when arrived, with view on the Mekong river. Large balcony. Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Dining table with 4 chairs. Separate seating area with big (cable) smart TV. Big fridge. Breakfast okay.

No complaints.

Nice hotel grounds and very helpful staff, nice swimming pool area.
