This hotel has opened only a few months ago, so everything was quite new! All the staff was very friendly during our stay. The breakfast is amazing, with plenty of options and good quality products! The hotel is not located in the city centre, but it's near many bus stops and it is 10 min away from the tram station. The area is very calm and it's in a good neighbourhood. The rooms are very big, well decorated and very well equipped. It has everything that is necessary for short or long stays.

The cleaning service doesn't work everyday, only every 3 days. I think this is good option for longer stays, but for short ones is just not enough in my opinion...

Rooms- clean and comfortable loved the breakfast - lot of options eggs, sausages, hash browns, bacon, beans,salad, fruits, different type of breads, waffles, pan cakes, crepes ,dry fruits, juices, different type of cereals and many more. Tea/ coffee available 24 hours at the lobby. Staff - very nice. Always ready to help.

The cleaning schedule was a little confusing. Breakfast was average and routine. Location not near public transport. It was expensive by taxi or uber. No restaurants nearby because located near school and residence.

Location and the friendliness of the staff, especially Lea. Lea is very kind and helpful. She guided me to places to visit, and how I can purchase tickets to travel outside of Geneva and the apps to download. All the staff were very kind, helpful and professional, but Lea to me was outstanding. She is a leader on her own rights.

More washers and dryers and a spacious area. I was surprised how expensive it was to wash one load of clothes. Usually, Residence Inn Marriott’s laundry is free. Customers are already paying a lot to stay in the hotel but to charge them 12 francs to wash one load of clothes was extreme.

The breakfast was okay, with a variety to choose from.

The fact that the cleaning of the rooms is done every third day and not everyday.

The location is quiet, with easy access to bus stations and tram stations. It was easy to get around town and the room had an amazing view of the mountains. The hotel itself had a lovely, inviting scent. The room was well appointed with a small kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals, which was great. The bed was super comfortable and we had the best sleep we had in a while. All the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Zakariya and Audrey at the front desk and Yousef in the kitchen for making our stay wonderful.

There were limited English speaking channels, although we were able to connect our device to the smart tv provided and used that instead. The breakfast was mostly the same over the 3 days and with limited options.

My wife and daughter had an exceptional stay at Residence Inn Geneva. As they were alone, safety and comfort were our top priorities, and this hotel truly felt like home. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and caring, ensuring a seamless experience. The food was delicious, and the overall environment was warm and welcoming. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful service, made their stay stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay in Geneva.

We liked the modern apart hotel with a lots of facilities (a well equipped gym, washing possibility). The hotel was situated in a very nice quiet residential area, but was easy to reach. (We also appreciated that the hotel send to us an online public transport travel card to use in Geneva) All around a big park with wonderful views. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

Very clean and cozy (but spaceous) room. The location is not very central, but because of that the room was very quiet (no street noise etc.), which I liked a lot. Also by tram or bus you can easily get to the city center in about 30 min.

The hotel required a security deposit for each room of 50 francs per night, which they wanted to be given by credit card. Since they don't take cash for that, be aware that you need a credit card. After checkout this deposit is given back to you.
