I was surprised that I had to pay for parking. When I explained to the hotel manager that I was only there for six hours checking in at 10 PM and leaving at 3:30 AM for a 6 AM flight she gave me a parking voucher which I appreciated. I found that she was very reasonable.

When I parked in a parking space at building B. I was rushing in the dark at 3:30 AM and luckily I didn't hit a truck that was parked along the curb in back of me. I barely had room to back out. I didn't realize those were designated Parking spaces since they weren't marked.

The location is great, convenient for those with early flights. Shuttle runs often. The coffee bar was empty when we got there, and the front desk quickly took care of the refill when we let them know. Comfy bed.

Thin walls. If you are a light sleeper and unlucky enough to have restless guests nearby, you won't get much sleep. The parking used to be included a few years ago; it felt pricy ($21.60 for 24h) considering there aren't any obvious improvements like additional protection from the elements or security.

Newer hotel with airport shuttle next to a Denny's was a perfect solution when our flight was delayed overnight. They also provided breakfast.

We stayed in room 307. The new carpet was stained with bleach which looks really tacky. I believe that this could be fixed with some of the right colored Sharpie. I fix stains all the time on my clothes with colored Sharpies. It was annoying that there was no hair drier. I called the desk and requested one, but housekeeping never brought it. When I tried to take a hot shower, it never got really hot.

I liked the free shuttle was available to transport to and from the hotel. You can also use the shuttle to get off at other stops if you do not want to spend money on an Uber or want to go to another food spot other then the Denny’s they share the same parking lot with the hotel. The staff were very kind. For this to be a last minute booking for a layover my room was nice.

The location isn’t the greatest it was so far from everything. But it cannot be helped

Newer wing, very clean and efficient. Bathrooms were sparkling

The new wing is separate from main building so I had to drag my suitcase across the railway tracks. They should have a golf cart to help people that don’t have cars. If I had a car it would not be a problem. The lady at the counter tried desperately to find me a room in the main building but no luck. The shuttle service to and from from the airport is reliable but comes every 45 minutes. So hard to wait for it when you are at the airport. The Uber added $25 to the cost one way.

The rooms were clean & updated. The breakfast was good & was pretty busy. I would stay here again but request to be in the main building.

I didn’t know it was a separate building from the main one so it made coming for breakfast a trek. It was a little sketchy feeling because the building was secluded but the room made up for it. There is a homeless camp under the bridge between the hotels as well. We did not use the pool because it was too windy and cool to be outside.

We had an issue with opening the room door, that was promptly fixed 15 minutes after we notified the front desk. We went down do get tea, and the hot water was empty. It was also promptly fixed 5 minutes later. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast was pretty good. I would have preferred an omelet without the cheese and a plain yoghurt option.

Airport shuttle instructions could be clearer and could include ETD times for each terminal.

Room was tidy/clean, large property. Although close to freeway the soundproofing was good and couldn’t hear the noise. Close to airport and free airport shuttle is a bonus!

Just a bit more signage for the second building as it took a few seconds to realise you had to walk over the old railway crossing (front desk staff gave good instructions on where it was though!). But just some extra signage so you know you are definitely going the right way!

The room was really clean and lovely. The location is very handy. A Denny's for dinner right next door.

Well, I stayed in the back unit, which is very quiet. But during the night, SOMEONE SLEPT IN MY CAR!!! I have no idea how they got in. It was locked. They took nothing, but left potato chip crumbs all thru. Just strange. And not sure how it could have been avoided, unless I stayed in the front unit, where my car would have been more visible/public.

The facilities were fine and the location was good. The shuttle service was handy.

The breakfast variety was limited especially the lack of fruit. There were random days when one of the elevators was not in service. The hotel pool looked better in the pictures; it was small and essentially located adjacent to the parking lot.
