I only like the nice work of Sachin the part -time chef and Shyam the house keeping person. In spite of the lack of staff and main chef, these two persons, especially Sachin, have made our time good. Otherwise, we were really disappointed by facing the huge problem of service delivery and negligence of the owner or the concerned marketing staffs towards their property.... We were really tired when we reached the property and they have taken all the amount of the rooms at the time of check in, as we were tired so we have given the money. But after facing who night issues related with electricity (they were having generator), geyser and fans were not working made our stay unpleasant. But thanks to Sachin and Shyam for doing their best for giving us bit relief in terms of providing tasty food.

facility were not properly cleaned, with full of insects. Geyser were not working, whole time of our stay their were no electricity, kitchen were having lack of necessary food material. When we have paid the amount of rooms in one go at the time of check-in, they went to market to buy some vegetables.... they have generator, but there was no fuel. So the owner or the other management, if they have doesn't care about their guest, who come by trusting the booking websites

It was overpriced. Staff was careless and very unprofessional.. when we entered the room, there were at least 100 flies to welcome us. Even in the night they were singing, their humming music in the ears and ket on doing tap dancing on our faces. There was a water bottle but there were no glasses. There was a tv, but no remote. There were cups for the tea but no spoon. There was a toilet but no tissue roll. There was a wifi. but no pass word. Walls and curtains were stained badly. The linen was old, and the quilt cover had stains.. there was no cupboard in the room. One has to manage his clothes in suitcase only. We ordered a biriani and chicken tikka. When we went to have our dinner in the dining room, they served us the biryani and tandoori chicken. I and wife ate 72 and 70 years of age hence wanted something boneless. This all had happened on 25th April night. On the 26th evening, we heard some youngsters shouting in the dining room. They wanted to have mutton, which wasn't in the menu. One of their staff said he would get it made outside and took 2000 rs in advance he did not get it made. Hence, those boys were shouting . When we went out for dinner to another hotel. Despite doing all this, they were neither sorry nor apologetic about all of this mismangement I wish the owner of the place should read this review. Actually, it is not a complaint , rather, it is a massive mismanagement. I have pictures of the walls, curtains, and linen you wish to see them. Let me know where can I send them
