Experience was great

Some staff was very unprofessional, I could hear staff at my door talking loudly very early in the morning, even when I got up and open the door, they still didn't care. They are always loud, every morning. Also we were only given 1 towel for the stay and u have to go to the towel place to get new 1

I have come here for three years. This year’s menu at the market place main restaurant seemed more limited to curry. It did not seem as diverse but it was compensated by the food at Route 66 and other restaurants. One of my friends got locked in the bathroom and another got locked out on the balcony but it was quick rectified and handled in a professional and courteous way. The booking.com manger visited us and make a report with apologies and a complimentary compensation. I will definitely return again because of their quick and courteous responses

Beach was poor and beach bar closed so no water available without going back and forth to pool bar Pool is dangerous sun trap. Majority of pool loungers have no umbrellas.

Beautiful location. Nice modern clean rooms. The beach was beautiful but very windy so spent most of our time at the pool which was fun and equally fantastic.

Although the resort offered a nice variety of food, it fell short in quality. Often over-cooked, barely warm at best. Room service was not convenient - took over 2 hours to get a cheese quesadilla and personal pizza. It arrived wrapped in plastic and soggy. The Thai food was really good and Jerk chicken grill but all else was disappointing.

Good food options, air conditioning worked

The shower did not drain properly (yuck), water didn’t get hot in the shower and the bed was too firm. In my experience 5 star establishments don’t have these types of issues. The concierge calling at 8am was rude if I want to participate in promotion I will don’t try to bully a family on vacation to come to a promotional breakfast!! I was clear that we were tired and did not want to be up that early, she called anyway and then called a second day, I had to unplug the phone to sleep in. Paying customers should be respected I’m a hard working mother who wanted to sleep in on her vacation!!

The welcome we received in the lobby at check-in, valet service, all the Staff, and entertainment, the All Inclusive aspect, the Swimup suite, Sports Bar, Martha's Market, Sugarcane was good food (wait for food was too long), Route 66, Mike's Cafe, the pools and swim up bar, lazy river, the lobby was beautiful, the views of the Caribbean Sea-breath taking, and Staff-I mentioned twice because they were amazing, so friendly, welcoming, and by end for some they become not just Staff, but new friends.

The Privilege Travel Club Meeting. They said 60 minutes, turned into 2 hours, we said we only had an hour, but were there 2 hours. We told them we would not commit to an answer after they did the "presentation" and we need to think about it before committing to anything. Still kept talking and trying to keep us to convince us to take their Privilege Travel Club deal. I had to stand up and say we were leaving. My MIL had to get back to the room to take her medication, and yet the Manager tried to ask for more time. We were robbed out of 2 hours of what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation and family time for us. We should have never said yes when we first arrived, but we had no idea that it was going to be a high-pressured sales "presentation". The Beach is rocky at point of entry.

Ocean coral spring is a very beautiful and modern resort with gorgeous views and lots to do for both adults and kids! I went there with my family of 4 to celebrate our son’s birthday and we had a blast! From the moment that we arrived we were greeted by bright welcoming smiles. Philip assisted us with getting checked and making arrangements lovely reservation for our son at the Sakura restaurant. He arranged a happy birthday cake delivery and we got an amazing team including supervisor Errol and chef Alex who sang and engaged with our son and made him feel super special on his birthday. That was the whole aim of this trip and therefore it was wonderfully accomplished. A big thank you to those who made this day special.

The facilities were perfect, the property is aesthetically beautiful, the staff was amazing, entertainment was on point (shout out to Donella and Wayne), beach was beautiful, pool was massive. The property was so big that even when the area was "full" we all had plenty of space to ourselves.

The food and music were subpar. Generally speaking, I feel like we (guest's) leave our norm to experience other cultures, in which case I would say the Jamaican culture was a bit washed down on property, if I am spending "all inclusive" money, I don't feel like I should have to leave the property completely in an effort to get authentic Jamaican food and vibes... can't forget the mosquitos...a little treatment wouldn't hurt

I enjoyed the various privilege amenities. The vast selection of cuisine was a plus and the ability to customize meals per my dietary preferences. The pools from what I experienced were very clean. I also witnessed the staff starting around 5 am picking up miscellaneous items to maintain the standard of cleanliness. The staff were very welcoming for the most part always greeted me with a smile and warm words. As a solo traveler for this trip it was extremely important that I was comfortable and felt safe, the staff at OCS ensured that in every aspect.

I would have preferred a system to reserve cabanas. As there were people showing up at 5 am to put a book or another personal affect to "hold" the cabana and go back to their room, eat, roam etc when there are other people actively ready to utilize the cabanas. I would have also preferred the option of natural coconut water to drink aside from the vendor selling jelly coconut on the poolside.
