I really liked the apartment from the minute I walked in , I thought it was fab! The room and en suite were super, the bed was comfy and the shower was unreal. I felt right at home and safe too. I would definitely stay in these apartments again and recommend them to a friend.

The day I was checking out, 1 elevator was out of service and the other 2 were reserved for people moving. I was stuck on the 3rd floor with 3 suitcases and unable to leave the building until one of the lifts that was reserved opened as the person was moving happened to be on the third floor. I don't think people should be able to reserve lifts as how is everyone else supposed to get about. If I didn't have cases, I would have taken the stairs but I could not use the stairs with my cases and I was panicked as I had to be somewhere.

I love everything about this property!! This is my second stay and it has been wonderful. Compared to other spots, this place is definitely worth the money. From the downstairs gaming rooms & open theater, to the spacious room, and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Id like to give a special shout out to Jhanice, I got to have her as my agent at the property again and both times she has been wonderful!!! Jhanice is the kindest agent I think there is, truly. She is also very fast responding, informative and courteous. I made a special request and she and the staff accommodated perfectly. I’m so grateful for her and the staffs services to help make my stay more enjoyable and easier for me. This place will forever be the spot I come back too!! 11/10!!

Hyatus by Pierpont and its hospitality team were excellent. Courteous, accommodating, quick to respond. The building is really quite amazing - with facilities that exceed expectations. Pool, bowling lanes, cappuccino machine in the lobby, movie theatre, Weber grills, 2 level gym, gathering spaces. The apartments are in good shape. Clean and decently equipped. It would work for a longer stay as well as a short one. Close to Yale medical schools and hospital. All in all, a place that feels like home rather than a transient hotel. Would stay there again.

If you can, choose an apartment on the side facing the pool. Will be quieter. Sound does travel to some degree from the unit upstairs - and through the windows.

Everything was beautiful. Staff was lovely. Common areas were amazing! Apartment was spacious and comfortable.

There were instances during our stay where the elevators were not available. When was out of service and there were people moving in and out so they were able to reserve elevators. Steps were fine, but might have been a problem for someone with mobility difficulties.

I was pleasantly surprised. As an interior designer I appreciated the aesthetics of the apartment, simple and clean. The location was close to everything I needed.

Although it's a bonus to have off street parking, the isolation of the garage was creepy. I opted to park on the street.

The apartments are well designed that suit your short stay requirements. Very well furnished and organized rooms be it kitchen, living, bedrooms or washroom, all were in excellent conditions.

Costly for longer duration, I tried to get a quote for a year stay but it was too expensive.

The property had terrific amenities to go with a great unit. Location was just what we were looking for on our visit. Parking was very convenient.

No wash clothes in bathroom. Lack of information to access live television when back in the unit.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The games room and roof top terrace were great. The pool was a bonus. It was perfect after a hectic few days in New York. Jhanice was a great communicator

It wasn't clear how to get onto the WiFi but once I messaged Jhanice she sorted it out.

very clean, spacious, safe and quiet. We had a pleasant and memorable stay.

The apartment was a bit walk from the main door elevator. Later we found another elevator near the car garage, and it was a lot easier to get to the apartment.

Definitely a place to stay for hanging out with friends or for a couples trip. Late night food shops open near by, very spacious rooms, and the downstairs gaming rooms were a blast. I’m 100% coming back one day!!
