The property was easy to find, clean, quiet, well laid out. Breakfast was nice (pancakes, no waffles), accessible room was accessible, the soap/shampoo was right next to the shower bench and easy to access, parking was ample. There is a HC power door button to get in the building. Morning staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The hot drink and cookies was welcoming when we arrived after 8 hours of driving through wind and fog. Ice machine was easily accessible from a wheelchair (nice plus). Beds were comfortable. There were multiple pillows, each a different density, making it easier to find a comfortable one. The fridge is a nice size, microwave was in reach for wheelchair users, bed was not real tall so transfers were easy. The area was really quiet and the nights sleep good (aside from feeling I needed to check my vehicle multiple times at night thanks to the woman who checked us in).

The staff who checked us in could not give a straight answer. Because we are traveling with my daughter’s medical equipment and we don’t need it all every night, I asked if the parking lot was safe/patrolled. Her reply was, “things happen, you never know.” That gave me zero confidence that things were safe in that area. We also hit the issue of the guests across the hall from us smoking MJ. I’m not against the medical use but am highly allergic to it, which means I was sick all night. Not an issue except the evening staff simply acted like it was no big deal, just close your room door tight. Morning staff assured me it was a nonsmoking hotel and they should have been stopped from smoking anything, including Mj.

Fantastic and generous selection of cold and hot breakfast items, from muffins and yogurt and one minute pancakes to scrambled eggs with sausage and biscuits and gravy and everything in between. Breakfast hours were 3 1/2 hours long, from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and all was fresh and inviting, including warm cinnamon rolls. Quite impressive for a hotel and probably one of the best hotel breakfast offerings I have seen.

Easy access to freeway, nice location near amenities. Clean room with just right space and room amenities. Veteran discount made it more affordable. We have been there 3 times this year, and recommended to friends and family for their travels.

The corner light near table was tricky to light, as the switch was in an awkward position.

The room was clean. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. The bed was comfy and other guest noise was low. We slept well. The free breakfast had lots of choices and options and was yummy.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work so the mirror fogged up. You had to vent into the room which wasn't a big deal but it looked like the steam was making the wallpaper edges peel. 🤔

The lobby was warm and cozy with the fireplace going. The lobby was clean, and the staff greeted us, looking professional and with smiles. There were warm cookies and coffee arrived at 630pm. We were given a room on the first floor but when the staff heard us as we walked out sad that we weren't on the top floor, he quickly gave us a room on the 4th floor. We took the elevator up, and the room was clean and comfy. The beds were perfect. We all slept so well. Dove products were stocked, which was awesome. We forgot toothpaste, and the front desk hooked us up. Great experience

I didn't like that they didn't have a non dairy creamer for coffee.

Very nice experience. The night desk manager Jay was especially kind, great customer service! Nice views of downtown Grants Pass. Also, I don’t have kids this young any more, but I appreciate this setup in the breakfast room (coloring books & crayons in the corner under the tv). Keeps the kids busy while Mom & Dad finish their breakfast and enjoy their coffee! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The breakfast selection was awesome! It was nice to be somewhere that offered actual breakfast items, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, toast, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, make your own pancakes, coffee, 3 kinds of juice, milk. I think the breakfast selection alone has made me a permanent guest.

Nothing! Everything was great! I can’T think of anything to complain about.

That a ADA room was available. The bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator. The continental breakfast was very nice. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Soap and Lotion hard to reach. Heater was quite dusty, obviously hadn't been used in a while. The coffee machine in the room didn't work.

For a lot of places in this class, the breakfast is usually continental fair - cereal, fruit, bagel. I really liked being able to get a traditional egg breakfast. I really felt very welcome from every worker I encountered - front desk, custodian, housekeeping, etc. Many places seem to run by people who don't really enjoy their job. I was made to feel like I was really wanted and that they were happy to meet me and to serve me. I was very appreciative of the large grassy area available for my dog. There was no need for me to find a dog park. Lots of room, for my dog to roam safely. Every store and food accommodation was found within a short 3 minute drive. You could even walk to several if you wanted. Being right off the freeway was very convenient. I do not recommend often, but I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone. Everything you could want and how you want it will be here.

We found your Front Desk Jennifer to be very helpful. She was prepared with our print copy of our bill to make our departure fast. Then we found out from other guests that the 199S was closed n she helped us with an alternative route to get us on our way. We think she is a great asset to ur staff.

The only down side for our stay was the lighting in the room was poor n it felt a bit tomb-like.
