Room was good, with small irritations like a lack of awning over the sit out which prevents it from being used when it rains. Staff was friendly,.pool was nice.

Beach had lots of seaweed, which the staff clears but there enough to make the beach un usable on some days. The seaweed also makes it unpleasant to swim. The house reef it quite far out and it does take some effort to reach it by swimming. Unlike many other resorts the Sheraton does not offer free snorkelling trips or even snorkeling gear. Food was just about ok.

Excellent location with great staff.

All-inclusive is no longer all inclusive. It used to be but found on our recent stay that you now have to pay extra for certain meals and drinks. So basically, anything particularly nice costs money. I find this therefore to be misleading and appears to be a recent cost cutting exercise. At the rates this resort charge, this approach seems cheap and penny pinching. Treadmill has also been removed from the gym and replaced with an elliptical. Disappointing if you prefer to run for cardio. No sweat towels provided in the gym.

The central pool location to the bar and restaurants and games room. The Fijian staff were awesome John (Hone) at the bar, such a great barman with the social skills to match , then there was Mala from the restaurant, he makes the meanest chicken wings and Kokoda and Mellileti in the restaurant always greeting us with a smile, just to name a few but the activities staff were also funny and interactive. The restaurant and bar manager was awesome and organised a fantastic dinner for our anniversary. The staff definitley are the gems of the island and make it so easy to sink into Fiji time. Great water but limited area for swimming with resort boats taking a large area from mooring and travel.

No introduction or navigation to resort upon arrival. The hotel needs a pastry chef as the pastries on offer are not light and fresh. Hotel should advertised if all facilities are not available. I was unite disappointed that the Indian restaurant was closed the entire visit as the floor was being renovated. Spa services, experienced the Head and shoulders and feet massage = 5/10 Bobo Fijian Cultural massage 60 mins = 6/10 Fijian Cultural massage 90 mins = 7.5/10

Great experience, only thing I lost my phone at the property although I can discount theft my work phone was always left in the room and now is missing and not found.

Getting to the island is about a 2 hour (comfortable) ferry ride, which turned out to be a great start to the holiday, calling into various Islands on the way picking up and dropping off passengers. The staff made you feel very welcome and were always engaging and friendly. We had two private villas next to each other, both with plunge pools – One for us, and one for our teenage children (young adults). The rooms were well fitted out, with great air con, TV, Internet, and big bathrooms looking out to a small garden. The options of the pool or the amazing beach right out front mean there's always an outdoor activity ready. You'll love the sunset cocktails a short walk up at the helipad, overlooking the surrounding islands. There were plenty of food options to cater for all tastes, and a great barbeque night with Fijian fire dancers.

We could have stayed longer!

The location is great for snorkelling or just lazy around the pool

The timing on the meals was out of sync in the kitchen, meaning the food was Luke warm at best. I discussed this with management and hope it improves for other guests

The location is absolutely stunning. Loved the snorkelling and how easy it was to be taken out to the edge of the reef being dragged behind a jetski on a boogie board. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Excellent aircon which was good given how hot it was. Plunge pool was nice though unsurprisingly warm. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated being welcomed to the staff church service as well!

Service in the restaurant was often great but sometimes a bit slow, depending on who was on. The food was nice but not excellent. On the whole it was fine though.

The rooms had a few issues with tiling and a few little quality problems, and the food was good but a couple meals not great

The island is beautiful and the snorkelling was amazing just in front of the hotel. They also help and supervise you on a jet ski while you snorkel. It felt like great value for money for an island beachside hotel. The food was great - they have different menus so you get variety. Staff were so friendly. I wish there were more sun loungers and shades, though as it was hard to find shade by the pool on busy days.

Great location, was about 90 enjoyable minutes by South Seas large catamaran from the marina to Tokoriki Island stopping in a few other islands on the way. Beautiful welcome with Fijian music. Highly recommend the ocean Front rooms so you are only metres from the ocean day and night. Resort also has a large swimming pool. Beautiful Fijian staff were very friendly and attentive at all times.
