Very centrally located but rooms were very comfortable and the staff always willing and happy to help. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fact that refreshing cold water was available to guests whenever we needed.. We ate in their restaurant a number of times and the food (traditional favorites) was tasty and served with a smile. Thank you Condotel for a wonderful stay

it's our second time with them. when we went to Kalibo Dec 28, 2019, a supertyphoon just struck the province, power was out, the Hotel that was to accommodate us was without power. luckily, Royal suites which was walking distance have their own generator and was more than willing to accommodate my family (4 of us).. . . that is why, everytime we visit my mom's province, we will most likely always stay with this hotel.

nothing in particular, it's walking distance to the cathedral, town plaza, and a trike ride away to the main dept store.

The whole facility was exceptionally clean. The restaurant food was very good. The bedding & beds were great. The rooms are big & the shower was powerful & hot! It was very safe. We had a truck full of bikes, etc. It was untouched when we came out the next day.

It was old with old decor.

Everything went well starting from the front desk who was very welcoming and accommodating, elevator was so clean and smells good, family room (bed, pillows, bathroom) was very spacious, neat and organized. We only stayed for one night but so far that was one of the best hotels in our one month vacation here in the Philippines.

The staff- they were all very friendly and accommodating. You would be greeted every time and they are very helpful with your queries. I also love that their restaurant served good food and coffee. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you!

Clean room good staff comfortable room but the problem I Pay for My dad free meals at the morning but they said. It's not Free, but it's not big deal there's a lot near. Cafeteria and restaurant around.the area. . "

Room was spacious. I like also that the toilet has a direct access to the outside (not exhaust fan). Within the hotel, they has a nice restaurant and love their pastries.

The staff went above and beyond my expectations. Whatever you need, just let them know and they will accommodate you. All, and I mean ALL the staff will greet you ”Good morning/day, sir/ma'am!” ”Hello, sir/ma'am,” and with the sweetest smile! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. I now have a favorite place to stay at when I'm in town.... The Christmas decor was stunning! The whole place was so festive!

All of the employees at the hotel were very helpfully and extremely kind. Everyone greeted us when we would come in or leave the hotel. They are very welcoming.

location - walking distance to a lot of places great wifi connection all the staffs were friendly they have amazing service dogs that are just so cute and friendly Christmas decorations made me feel like i was in another country

parking - they don't have their own parking space, you have to do street side parking
