The staff are awesome, very friendly and accommodating.

The room we stayed in 207 had bed bugs and I got bitten all over my body. They night manager was very apologetic and they were very quick to change our rooms. Their breakfast needs alot of improvements. They have free breakfast for 2 people when you stay but there's hardly anything available. If you want a good breakfast you have to pay. Tanoa management need to look at Lautoka tanoa and offer a wide variety like theirs in rakiraki because tanoa rakiraki is like the only hotel within the town area so it's kinda hard trying to buy a good breakfast elsewhere.

we were driving around the main Island and this place was in convenient location and suitable on our journey. staff are friendly, rooms are clean and the pool was convenient.

I really appreciate that the staff are so helpful and friendly and could answer any of my questions. I originally booked for one night and ended up staying three. Suitable location for me to drive to family then come back to the room again. The food is great too with tasty vegetarian options when I didnt want to eat meat. My room 207 is perfect as it is at the end of the row and upstairs. Lots of parking too - thank you. Choice music selections too.

everything was good could have provided more towels for face and hands staff seemed a bit unfriendly not all just few. when asked questions around waiting time for dinner lady seemed very frustrated to answer us.

The management and staff are wonderful. New Years Eve party hosted by the Manager for the staff members was amazing and staff enjoyed themselves together with guests. The whole team is well looked after by management. Would like to make special mention that I had forgotten part of my luggage and the staff organised a courier and couriered the item to me by packaging nicely. Very friendly and nothing is too much of a ask.

The perfect accommodation on the Kings Road, well appointed with extremely helpful seeking to ensure you had a great stay. We enjoyed our lunch, dinner and breakfast.

Easy access as located just off the highway. It was clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a 6am check out and staff went out of their way to open the kitchen for us and serve us our breakfast at 5am even though the normal breakfast time was 6.30am. Our family group of 11 will forever remember this kind gesture. We definitely recommend Tanoa Rakiraki. Arohanui from our family to yours.

The gardens & pool are clean & beautiful.Breakfast generally was good,plentiful & variety of food.See comment re coffee though.Room was airy,good Aircon,clean except for towels.Parking at the back was relatively safe.

The breakfast coffee available was sachet stuff,awful.Surely a hotel of this standard could provide a decent Kona or percolated coffee for it's guests. The towels in our bathroom were ghastly Grey, badly stained.Time they upgraded them.There was no hand towels or facecloths provided.Also NO drinking water provided.

everyone was very friendly and helpful. it was clean and comfortable. recommend staying here if you are planning to go to Rakiraki. Food for lunch and dinner was very good.

there is not too much choice at the breakfast buffet: toast, some fruit and muesli. you pay a little extra for egg variations.
