I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fleur de Lac European Inn! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and charm that truly made me feel at home. the owner, roscoe has some health issues and it's a good thing Izzy was around to help to us get situated. the ambiance is cozy and elegant, perfectly capturing a European-inspired vibe that’s both relaxing and inviting. The location is fantastic, a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. especially in the antique room, "grand room," izzy went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, After experiencing this charming inn and the awesome location and value this has to offer, I can confidently say I will be coming back here all the time when I visit this mountain. It’s become my new favorite getaway spot, and I can’t wait to return soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming, cozy retreat

personalized attention makes you feel at home, this is a big historic house kept in nice shape. Rooms are small as they are part of the original house, unless you book the separate cabins which have 2 stories. Nicely appointed historic living room and kitchen where you can prepare your meals and share with friends as if it were your own home. Good patio with sculptures, seating and eating furniture if weather permits - good for pets and for enjoying the outdoors. Restaurant and 7/11 at 2 min walking distance, and the town village at maybe a 10 min walk distance

kitchen appliances/look could be refreshed a bit, noise coming from cars on the street can't be helped.

We loved our stay so much we are returning in 2 weeks, with the larger suites booked! I booked 3 rooms for my parents, my cousins and myself for a Lake Arrowhead Village concert. Only $79 a night! Unheard of on this mountain! Delighted by the historical charm: think of touring then staying at an inn that goes back to 1915. Antiques everywhere! Whimsical garden areas to hang out in. And all the suites include access to the Great Room (half the lower level of the entire inn) along with a full kitchen and 2 dining areas. We split our time between the Great Room and the garden and the deck, right outside our rooms. They have an earlier 2pm check in time than the most. If you go: know that you end up parking in the back of the inn, which you access by turning right when you get to the Lake Arrowhead Fire Station along HWY 173, coming in from HWY 18. save yourself some time and google the address: 247 Mittry Drive. Park there and the owner's residence which is the top half of another entire home/inn is right there. You will want to call (909)337-8178 and tell them when you arrive and will be checking in. Isadora will give you a tour of the property and explain how to use and access the Great Room, kitchen, breakfast bar and more. There is a double Keurig machine that makes a whole pot or individual cups of coffee. (To make it start: push the "oz." on the top left of the machine, and then the size of your mug below.) There's also oatmeal, lots of teas, lots of coffee pods, and all the coffee creamers and breakfast items in the fridge. Don't expect a large room if you book the queen rooms that sleep 2. You'll get two chairs and a bed, a fireplace heater, an antique armoire, a bathroom and tv. Every room has its own charm. For our second visit, we are booking their 2 queen bed suites that include a sofa area separate or a loft and outdoor sitting area. It's only $139 per night! No resort fees!

One other thing: there are a lot of steps to climb! This may not be the best choice if you cannot soberly climb stairs that are a bit "uneven". Or if you need grab bars in the bathrooms, have trouble walking, or climbing stairs. All of us were so pleased with our stay, except for the black eye I got when I tripped going up the steps, that we are thinking about hosting our next family reunion for my dad's 90th birthday there and booking the entire inn!

No breakfast, but 24-hour access to the kitchen, coffee, and tea supplies. location very close to Lake Arrowhead village, across the street! The bed was comfy, the decor pleasant, the option to heat the room when it got cold, and the bathroom/shower was excellent.

Better interaction with staff. The on-call housekeeper was accommodating and gave us a lot of privacy. When we came to check in, no one was at the desk, and we had to call for someone to come.

I loved the set up- How there are private rooms but then you can hang out in the great room for a more public experience. The furniture was super cool and everything was clean and Izy was very kind and accommodating.

I think that on their website they can make it super obvious that there is a kitchen set up in the great room, I looked prior to booking but don't remember if they mention it at all.

Perfect location across the street from the village. Decorations for the holiday were beautiful and festive. Cozy lobby and convenient access to the kitchen and coffee in the morning. The rooms are super cute with great attention to detail. We stayed there in the fall when it was crisp and snowy out. When we arrived the room had the heater and lights on and was nice and warm.

Location was great, right across from the Village. Comfortable with balcony, wife would not go out onto it but I did.

Owner could not find our reservation even though it was right in front of him. He didn't want us or his employees to help him. Threre was a little confusion at first and had to keep showing him my ID.

I like the location. I liked that it was walking distance to The Village.

I didn’t like the checking in because it was confusing which lead to us being put in the wrong room. Then while taking a nap was startled when room door was open because it was supposed to be someone else’s room . Bummed out that we got stuck in the smaller room.

French architectural style, retro and romantic, convenient for travel, right at the entrance of Arrow Lake Village

The garden is also in French style, but it's a little scattered. I guess it's because the two owners don't have more energy to take care of it. I can understand this because this quaint French architecture is what my French bulldog and I like.

Nice Clean and Comfortable Room, and Super Nice Location close to everything including walking distance to the Local Village. Polite Staff that even helped with our Luggage.

We had an outstanding experience at our room, and walking distance to the Village and Local Market! We're definitely coming back again, and looking forward to it !!
