I had a great stay at Hotel Msharef.From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was sppotless, well appointed, and offered a stunning view of King Fahad Road. What stood out the most was the impeccable service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Msharef to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

I was met by Taha who is a very gentleman... even though I was told that the property was not to my expectation just few minutes prior to my arrival, and I showed this frustration to Taha ... he absorbed my frustration by letting me visit a room and a suite before check it, and gave me the opportunity to cancel without penalty...this was a superb gentleman attitude towards a worried customer. I came down very satisfied with the room, despite that Taha offered me the suite complementary as a courtesy...Thank you Taha...This hotel will be my hub when ever i am in Riyadh

Very welcome the staff is always helpful and smiling. Location is great. Many walkable food options.

The room is spacious. Mattress is comfortable. Room always cleaned. Arabic breakfast is brought to your room every morning with a quick phone call. Gym is limited in equipment and the pools were under repairs or construction.

Good location for conference at Riyadh City Boulevard. Big room, comfortable bed, courteous staff.

Breakfast selection a bit limited but good enough. I was surprised that they did not clean my room but I learnt that you must request cleaning everyday otherwise it is not done since staff does not enter room unless expressly authorized, due to cultural/religious considerations.

parking lots are tidy mainwhile they have empty land beside the hotel you can park your can freely or even you can let the assistance to park your car.

Most comfortable bed with top quality cotton sheets. Big room. Courteous staff. Excellent support by Mohammed and Tareq in the reception. Nice Spanish shower. Tasty breakfast. Location 5 min taxi from Riyadh Boulevard . Lots of eateries around.

1. Housekeeping was too noisy, they are shouting in the carador (many times). 2. Not cleaning the room even "Room Cleaning" light is on. 3. I asked for extra blanket sheet, when they brought it, it was dirty.

Everything exceeds my expectations. The staffs were all so helpful and attentive to foreign clients. The room was MUCH nicer and bigger in person than in pictures. The breakfast is served everyday to each room. If I come back to Riyadh, I’ll 100% stay here again!

A brand new hotel with a great location (10 mins from attractions) and an amazing room view of the city, a nice check-in experience by the reception.

Kind of expensive, the hotel is located on a main highway so make sure to book a high-level room (11th floor or above) from minimum road noise. Room services need to act more quickly to customers' requests.

The room was spacious with clean bedcovers and pillows, breakfast good. The staff very courteous. The shower pressure was good and we had a comfortable stay.

The bathroom could be kept cleaner, the washbasin and the bath area have brown water stains and no rug to dry the feet.
