i had a 12 hr stop over in riyadh prior to my flight to Al Ula, so i decided to book it since it has good reviews and the price is affordable for a short stay. And i was not dissappointed. the facility is just 15 mins away from terminal 4 and the room itself is very clean and the hotel is accessible also from fast food chains and supermarkets.

Not really i don't like but it could be better if they can provide a free shuttle from and to the airport since its not that far from their location. its good specially for tourist like us who is not familiar with the transport system in the area.

The hotel is just 15 to 20 minutes from the international Airport .The rooms and bathrooms were nice. The staff was too good. They helped me with all my questions, print outs and they even gave me a blanket for my son as we were traveling by a flight which wouldn't give us a blanket ( my husband told me they wouldn't). I checked out one day prior in evening. So they even gave me refund. Very hospitable and kind staff. There is even nahdi pharmacy near by.

The breakfast could have some more Indian dishes. However the breakfast guy was very helpful. They should start lunch and dinner services

Cleanliness and spacious room.

1- No chairs to set on in front of the mirror were provided. 2- No toothbrush and toothpaste were available. 3- No enough water in the refrigerator ( 2 small bottles were not enough, and the recipient refused to provide me more when I requested in the first night) 4- No coffee area or breakfast was included. 5- No tissue packages were available inside the bathroom.

- Very clean and spacious rooms - AC was quite good and cooled the room very quickly

- There reception had a horrible smell - They had the AC switched off when I checked in at 12 am...I completely support energy conservation, but at least switch it on one or two hours before customer checks in.. They have their contact number and can call them to check :) ... It was hot and I was desperate to sleep right away but had to wait a bit for the room to cool off (but didn't wait too long to be fair...just 10-15 minutes)

*Hotel staff specifically the Indians management and receptionists they are not professional at all, the need some training in how to deal and communicate with guests and customers. *Bed and pillows weren’t comfortable at all, I got sore neck. *Room cleaning need some attention, especially the carpet was dusty

breakfast was satisfied,a very nice and traficless location very near to king khalid international airport, near to city center and many more tourist sites you can visit easily.staff was very good specially reception staffs for their cordially behaviour.thanks everyone. i would be stay again...

nothing, everything alright

marvelous especially the employees of the reception, the scent in the hotel is wonderful also, its new and this is a very good also, inside the room was very wonderful details

it seems that the employees who clean the toilets not taking a careful look to the bathroom, this is disappointing regarding the other marvelous things

i'm in Riyadh to attend the business conference, when I started looking for accommodation options I had to lower my expectations due to the low ratings I kept scrolling through on booking. However, this hotel was more than an excellent experience for me. I was welcomed with a small cup of Arabic coffee, staff was very nice and understanding specially receptionist and housekeeper, room was as clean and new as it gets, and the overall experience was very good.

Very quick check-in process, very clean room and bathroom.

Nothing major; the reading lights next to the bed (on both sides) weren't working. The battery cover for the TV Remote was broken (very tiny remarks).

A very nice hotel with very good location for airport layover, it's 20 mins driving to the airport. Nice rececipition staff ,clean room , clean bathroom

The only thing I will have to mention is that pillows were very thick and in large size compared to the bed size .other than this every thing else was okay
