The quality of service was superb and made me feel very comfortable throughout my 8 night stay. Abd Alrahman was very welcoming and was available to assist us at any time. Thank you to the team for your great efforts and most especially the cleaning staff and kitchen team, your quality of service did not go unnoticed. The breakfast was fresh and just the right amount of variety, the fresh lemon juice and orange juices were spot on, the omelette was made to perfection each time. Beds were comfortable, I stayed in a king size room which was very comfortable. The location was perfect, restaurants within walking distance (including albaik and a lovely grills restaurant). Hotel was a short distance (11 mins) from the balad and 10 mins drive from nearest beach. Thank you for an overall memorable experience. I look forward to booking with you again.

Honestly can't fault a thing. The only recommendation I have is to have safe boxes that are mounted to the wardrobe. Although I had no doubt that the hotel was safe, I still had to carry my valuable belongings with me everywhere.

Excellent hotel for 1) its position: it’s 20 minutes walking to the corniche and 3 km walking to historical district of Jeddah (we love walking), just next to the hotel there is a very pleasant park and just few meters a pastry cafe with excellent sweets and a food court (we went to eat chicken shawarma with mango juice, it was amazing), 2) the room is a very spacious and clean one equipped with kettle and coffee to make, 3) we loved also breakfast, a big buffet with delicious Arabic food and more. We recommend surely this hotel!!!!

The location and staff were excellent. In fact, they let me check in before the scheduled time, which I greatly appreciate. Because I traveled during Ramadan, there was no breakfast, but the front desk called to see if I wanted to order dinner. The International Medical Center Garden is across from the hotel, which is convenient for walking. :)

I was given a phone number to call to make an arrangement to come to the hotel which no one answered, unfortunately. I went to the hotel with Kareem, who charged me approximately 70 riyals. On the way back to the airport, a guy with the phone number would charge me 100 riyals, which was more than Kareem. I ended up taking Kareem back to the airport. It's an online ad that is misleading for the shuttle service. For this reason, I'm giving 8 out of 10.

The room was spacious which I found to be impressive. Breakfast was good too, wished they offered more intercontinental options. The staff were attentive and helpful. Also, they were kind enough to accept a late checkout because I had an evening flight

The bathroom didn’t have a glass that could separate the shower from other parts of the toilets. This led to flooding whenever one takes a shower. You end up with a pool of water around the WC, this was really gross. Apart from this, I enjoyed my stay.

The staff were friendly in this well-organised hotel. My room was comfortable and as expected. The most outstanding feature was definitely the sumptuous and varied breakfast, which was a veritable feast.

The single-use catering items. Hotel catering needs to return to more environmentally-friendly practices. I was very sad to see plastic cutlery and single-use cups at breakfast. These should be removed, and the metal cutlery and china coffee cups remain.

The staff and breakfast. Abdul Rahman the evening reception manager was very professional and welcoming I felt safe as a female sole traveller in this hotel. Fadia who managed the cafe in the evening was lovely, along with Hania the breakfast manager who was good at giving advise and tips for travelling and doing the pilgrimage. The breakfast was excellent a mix of east and west dishes - the restaurant was kept clean at all times - the standard of cleaning in general was very good.

My room not having a window

The rooms were spacious, well-equipped and comfortable (though some furniture are quite old). The hotel was well situated and was generally a good experience. Cleaning and catering personnel was super nice. We had a really good deal, but generally the price is really high.

Some young Arab receptionists were quite rude and lazy. The parking spaces in the garage are really tight. The breakfast was in a small and not well aired hall with limited options.

My first night was terrible a room that organized in a weird way, no hot water. The staff were so kind to change the room to a different room with a living room for the rest of the stay and extension They have amazing staff at night. The person at the reception who works at early morning deserves a raise! Such an respectful man

The staff and breakfast were first class. All staff were very welcoming, fun and courteous and responded to all assistance requests. The breakfast was varied each day with pleasant range of dishes. Being on a family trip, the games room on the top floor and the adjacent park were also really valued, and only a short walk to the Jeddah Corniche.

The cleanliness and ambiance of the place were also commendable, creating a pleasant atmosphere overall.The booking manager and staff were exceptionally pleasant and cooperative. They provided excellent reception service, and their willingness to assist was commendable. Furthermore, the accommodations were spacious, adding to the overall positive experience.
