The whole resort is focused on pleasure and relax. Immaculately presented and looked after with helpful staff always available. Plenty of different pools, gym, spa, and other facilities to practice several sports, including a massive 60m swimming pool. Quite a few bars and restaurants with high quality food around so you do net get bored (nor disappointed) with food variety. Magnificent Teppanyaki, by the way. Access to outside excursions, cruises, and water sports. Valet parking, if you arrive in your own car.

Bar service at the beach finishes (as the whole day activity does) at six o´clock in the evening. Night activity and entertainment shows are not great at all. The hotel beach is not the best in the Island, but it is fine if one just wishes to dip in and see a bit of wild life.

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Facilities, entertainment, food, staff, were all very friendly and helpful.

The side light in the bedroom wasnt working. The sliding door for the wc is not practical.

The staff were amazing. Our Butlers, Nelson and Sylvanie were top notch. The room was sizeable with a very nice shower. Housekeeping was very attentive, always leaving fresh flowers on our bed. Diamond Club pool was right off the ocean with amazing views and the staff serving drinks and food by the Diamond Club pool were attentive and super polite. The Hunter steakhouse and the Armadillo Tex Mex were very good. Would highly recommend.

Our biggest gripe was that the room was damp with a mildew smell. There were three or four areas of white, frothy looking mold on the walls. We reported this to reception in the Diamond Club but and as of our departure the problem had not been addressed. Everything we had from clothing to paper products felt 'damp'. The Italian restaurant was a huge disappointment, from our server, to the food.

This resort was fantastic ! The service was exceptional and the staff was warm and welcoming at all times. The room was large and exactly as pictured and the ocean view showed a stunning view of the immaculate grounds and of course the ocean. The daily buffet breakfast was amazing and Hunter steakhouse was our favourite restaurant we went to. The Scores bar also had great wings. We also visited the spa and got massages with Sherri and Karlene which were relaxing and rejuvenating.

We could hear the persons in the room next to us at times so the rooms need to be more soundproof. Some of the food at the restaurants was quite average. The cocktails weren’t always the best either.

Everything was at no extra charge as part of the all-inclusive package—including food and booze. The staff are awesome and exceptionally friendly. The beach was amazing. The room was supremely comfortable. The humid climate did wonders to my eczema.

Only two minor things. First, the food was good but not outstanding—but hey, it was free and we didn’t go for the culinary experience. Second—and it’s not related to the resort itself—the roads on St. Lucia in general are narrow and treacherous, making the car ride from the airport (located at the other end of the island) hell of an adventure. The local drivers with experience with these roads (and with driving on the left-hand side) do not always show patience to the annoyingly slow tourists like us.

I recently stayed at Royalton for five days during the Cricket World Cup, and I must say, it was an impressive experience for a fraction of the cost compared to my usual stays at Sandals resorts. The butler service provided by Nelson and Sylvanie was exceptional. Their knowledge of the sport and the local culture enriched our stay and made us even more curious about the island. They truly made our stay memorable. We also had the pleasure of meeting one of the chefs at the buffet on our flight, and he went out of his way to assist with our meals whenever he was there. The highlight of our culinary experience was undoubtedly the dinner at the culinary experience and the steakhouse, both of which offered outstanding meals. The only area that fell short was the entertainment. It lacked the physical and personal touch that I’m accustomed to at Sandals, which provides a more vibrant and engaging atmosphere. However, considering the overall cost, I still found the experience to be worthwhile. Overall, Royalton provided a great stay with excellent service and dining, and I would consider returning in the future if the entertainment offerings were enhanced.

Gourmet Mache was our absolute favorite restaurant. Their breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had fantastic options for vegans and vegetarians, while we were able to experience the island food. The customer service is on point. Being a Diamond Club member, we had two allocated butlers and access to a reserved Diamond Club beach area, pool, and lounge. All staff. including onsite tour guides, are extremely friendly and helpful, and they make you feel very welcome. The experience was so amazing that we cried when we left on our way to the airport! Best part of the trip was the vibe team. Shane, VJ, Chris, and Zachary were hilarious and kept us well entertained every night, and in the day on the beach. We did lots of dancing, they played our favorite music on request, and since it was my mum's birthday, they went out of their way to make her feel very special. The butlers also decorated the room for her birthday as a beautiful surprise. I also did not have a travel adapter so I asked the room service if they could lend me one and they graciously did, without me needing to go to the store to buy one.

Room service takes a long time, can take an hour or more for you to receive what you asked for. But that is a very minor inconvenience.

The staff was amazing 10/10, the food was great (our favorite was actually the buffet because there were so many options and the food was great!), the check-in/check-out was a seamless experience, I’d give the beach a 7/10 only because there were prettier beaches near the pitons. Room service was quick!

They didn’t have pool towels available one of the days we were staying at the resort and it was 10AM; I assume clean towels were not delivered yet. The location was FAR from everything else on the island (pitons, mud baths, mineral baths, chocolate factory, etc.). It takes about 1.5 hours to get to those stated places; that also depends if traffic is bad. The airport is about a 2 hour drive, but there are other options to get to the resort faster; like a helicopter.

I give the breakfast and location an 8

The cleaning staff was great at their job, with cleaning the room excellent actually, the only issue the staff is abit loud outside the rooms when they are talking to each other, the shouting and loud phone music, but I don't want them to get in trouble for it ok. Just for future guest they can take it down abit at certain times of the day. And you guys need big fans in the lobby or those ceiling fans need to be lower, it's so hot in the lobby.

The Royalton far exceeded my expectations! Based on some of the reviews I read online I was a bit nervous but my daughter and I literally had the time of our lives, it was such an AWESOME experience. The facilities are immaculate, the rooms are beautiful, the staff are phenomenal (and cute!)! I highly recommend and plan to return.

My only complaint would be the food, I've had better at an all inclusive resort but I do enjoy the fact there were LOTS of options.
