Pretty Villa within walking distance to everything. Service was good. Breakfast was servered individually (choice of egges) plus fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads and jams, and quite good. There are just 4 rooms. The room I saw upstairs was lovely with its wood beams and large. My room downstairs was simple, smaller but nice with extremely high ceilings. Bed was super and everything was clean.

We did not mind but other people may want to know that there are stairs from the street to the hotel entrance and then another set of stairs inside the Villa, although they will help bring the lugguge up, should your room be upstairs. As the ceilings are very high so are the windows and curtains which is lovely in the daytime. I am sensitive to light coming in the room at night so a bit more light came in than I would have liked.

What a sweet Villa. Our room was large and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was yummy and more than adequate.

Not really a dislike but people that can not climb stairs could not stay here. There is a short but rather steep hill to the property then two sets of stairs to the front door and a flight of stairs to the restaurant for breakfast

Beautiful property with an incredible view of Braşov and the mountains. Staff was very accommodating to our every need and the breakfast was just amazing. I looked forward to it each morning. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well appointed.

Lots of stairs to get into the building and up to breakfast. It’s not friendly to the disabled. It was difficult carrying luggage up and down the stairs. We had to arrange for help.

The staff was excellent, welcoming and kind Breakfast was outstanding Large room, comfortable bed, great bathroom There was a big screen in the room, Netflix, YouTube. The only things missing were coffee/tea making facilities in the room (you can order drinks on the floor for an additional fee), and storage cabinets in the room.

Placed in the center of the city, it's close to all points of interest. The rooms are nice and clean, although, depending on your reservation, they might not be the best. A special mention to the breakfast crew, which are the nicest people.

Although the property advertises parking, there is no parking option available. Public parking is usually full all the time in the area, and the property is on a steep hill with a small alley which doesn't let you stop the car even for dropping the luggage. The property is built from wood, and the ceilings and floors are creaky, also the noise isolation is lacking. You can loudly hear people walking in the room above or on the stairs. The bathroom fan is also exceptionally loud.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. It was nicely arranged, and the breakfast was good.

The overall experience wasn’t ideal for a business trip. There is no private parking, and the nearby public parking is not free. I had to carry my luggage across the streets after finding a spot, which wasn’t very convenient. There are many stairs at the entrance, making it difficult when you have bags.

The room was very large with a nice view of the beginning of the old town. It's a short walk to the black church and all the amazing restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding. Eggs cooked anyway you liked them, along with great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice.

The stairs are a little rough to climb with luggage. However, the staff helped us with that. Uber

Perfect location for exploring Brasov. Lovely big ensuite rooms with old-beamed, high-ceiling roof on the upper floor. Beds comfortable and big. Chocolates left on the pillows. Dressing gowns and slippers available and a mini bar. Breakfast served by the waitress in a light garden room. Delicious breakfast! Friendly staff.

Taxis can't access the property easily so you need to walk up a steep hill to get to it. Steep steps up to it so not easy with heavy suitcases. No tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms.

we stay there for 10 days, it was amazing, good size room ( room # 1 ), very clean, the staff was very mice and polite, the breakfast have kind a limited choice but the food quality was top notch, very close to everything,

What a great villa hotel, one night in heaven. Central brasov, full of parking places (not free but ok price). Clean and big rooms, with all the facilities as described and better than any other hotel. And Breakfast? Its the best here. You feel like a king/queen with a serviced meals. They bring you to the table first the reach fruits salad with yogurt, then a plate with eggs, cheese salmon, cappucino. The service is excelent. Sorry forgot the names of the waiter and the chef!! They was great. Love you. And thanks a lot.

Nothing........ maybe for adults who have a difficulty in the legs there was no elevators. And for breakfast should go on wood upstairs. But its good for squats and sports :)
