It was in a convenient location as it was 10 minute walk away from mesherib station which is a hub so you can go to many places from there, room was good and comfortable and facilities were great for us as we didn’t stay in the hotel long during the days and just wanted somewhere to rest.

The floor we were on was a smoking floor and when we initially went in the room there was a smell of cigarette but the smell went after the first night and regular housekeeping. Key card access to the room can be a bit weird to understand first as it needs to be put in then taken back out of the door but once we got used to it that was fine. Air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the room as much but as we went in the winter period it didn’t affect us but i can see this being an issue if travelling in summer months

Very polite and Helpful staff. Specially there was an Indian staff I think his name was Gajendra or Jagendra, He was extremely helpful.

Can’t check in early. I asked the receptionist to check in early and she told me to pay extra if I wants to check in early because it’s their policy.

Oh wow, such a great hotel with such friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Lovely swimming pool, huge selection of options for breakfast that changed from day to day, comfortable beds, great shower, and quiet at night. Good TV channel selection (dozens, maybe hundreds, many in English) - much better than pretty much every European hotel we had stayed at immediately prior to our trip to Doha.

We booked for 2 adults and 1 child (aged 11). We knew this would be the case but only the one super king sized bed was provided. It's a lot of extra to get a rollaway bed for a child, so we just brought a sleeping bag and our daughter slept on the carpeted floor. Would recommend that the cost of a roll-away more accurately reflects the actual cost of making up one more bed as the price we paid already included all the other amenities our daughter would use. The location is not fantastic, but that is why you pay such a good price. It's about a 10 minute walk to the metro station, which was fine for us to walk in 35 C (95 F) but may not suit everyone. But such good value that these are very small things to complain about.

I must say that I am very glad and happy to stay in Ramada encore Hotel, where I witnessed maximum care of myself and my colleagues. Accommodation, food, service has been of excellent level. All the staff is extremely polite and attentive to details. My special regards to the front office staff, and particularly to Mr.Gajendra for the utmost efforts to guide me location with a healthy smile. I clearly remember that when I looked for the place in Booking the hotel shown was Ramada Old Town. I even marked this on my map. But the booking confirmation came for Ramada Encore which was far away from the place we wanted to stay.

The best thing about this hotel was the pillows. Most hotels offer the same pillows that flatten once you put your head on them and offer little to no support. This hotel has the best pillows I've ever had at a hotel as a standard option (I didn't have to go ask for special pillows). It was within easy walking distance from Msheireb metro station, making it a very convenient location for a stopover. We also had a nice view of the Souq Waqif area.

While most of the roads in the area has large spacious pavements built from granite stone, the last section of the road leading to the hotel was behind a garage and looked less appealing. There's also a large metal detector as you enter the hotel which makes one wonder how safe the city is. I think these aspects really made the hotel appear to be less alluring than it actually is.

I recently stayed here and I must say it was a good experience. The hotel offered excellent service, comfortable rooms, and amenities. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. The staff were attentive and courteous, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I want to highlight the efforts of the Front office staff Mr. Gajendra as he went above & beyond to make my stay enjoyable I like his professionalism and solving all the problems.

This is the one hotel where I honestly feel so at home.Stayed at a luxurious hotel with impeccable service with a beautiful swimming pool , GYM, and delicious food Incredible service and staff at the Ramada encore. The covered pool i a savior amidst the scorching heat when the time my sister and I visited. We dipped as long as we wanted with a quiet ambience and secured area. The dry sauna is a highlighted since we had a relaxing conversation while inside. The reception is friendly. The supervisor/ manager in the cafe is so accommodating and welcoming.

The room we booked unexpectedly don't have a window. Some toiletries are need to be requested such as slippers, dental kit and so. The menu in the cafe during our breakfast lacks continental menu
