It was my first time in London so I didn't expected much from this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised ! First of all, the location is ideal since you're near Hammersmith and Ravenscourt Park station with a bunch of shops. The staff was really kind with us at our arrival and the bedroom was perfect for two adults and really clean. Our breakfeast was included in our formula and again, for a continental breakfast, it was more than correct and the open dining area was pleasant enough if you wake up early in the morning.

We took our vacation during the week so there weren't that much people but I think the dining area can get a bit overcrowded especially during the weekend and if you wake up lately. Also, and obvisouly I get that it's not an easy job but, the employees during breakfast tend to clean up a little bit too quickly if you leave your plate for more than 2min. (But again, I get that this is not entierly their fault since they need to be efficient when there is a lot of people)

The hotel’s location was excellent — very close to the metro and within easy reach of major tourist attractions and shopping areas. Getting around the city was quick and convenient, which made our trip much more enjoyable. We also appreciated the breakfast, which was relatively good compared to other places we’ve stayed.

However, there were several things that we didn’t like. The room was quite small, and it lacked a mini fridge, which would have been useful. Although the TV was a smart TV, we couldn’t access platforms like YouTube or Netflix. Also, the carpets in the room didn’t feel very hygienic, which affected our overall comfort.

Very convenient from Airport to Hammersmith station by tube, then walk along King's Street for 10min to reach the hotel. Staff are all friendly. The rooms we are provided are interconnecting, so that we can easily take care our kids. The room with extra sofa bed is very spacious that actually can be slept by 4 people. Air conditioner is working well. Breakfast is excellent with hot dishes served. When we go to visit the historic sites, Hammersmith station is very convenient with many tube lines to reach all these spots. Just takes about half hour to reach them. On last day of stay, we can have late check-out as we are IHG members. There are many shops nearby so that we spend few hours there for shopping.

We stayed for 4 nights but breakfast menu remained same. If slight change in menu can be done would be perfect.

The location is great. Very close to the subway, lots of restaurants and things to do and see. The breakfast was good but there was no variety, if you stay for long it will be the same breakfast every day.

The room was very small. we were 4 people and had no closet to put away our clothes so everything was in the way. The bathroom could have a facelift as there was lots of broken flooring. No safe in the room so we had to take all our valuables with us every day.

Location is perfect — especially for me, as I wanted to stay in West London. I stayed for 5 days in July 2025 with my mom, my son, and my dog (£30 per day for the dog). We had a queen bed and a sofa bed, which comfortably fit the three of us. The sofa bed was a good size and could easily accommodate two people. It’s hard to find a hotel in a good location that offers parking and accepts dogs, so this was a great find. Note that parking is managed by a third-party company. Before registering your car via the app or on the machine, speak to the hotel manager. They can offer you a daily parking rate (£25 per day) that allows you to go in and out as many times as you like — otherwise, you’ll be charged each time you take the car out. Breakfast is okay — scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt — enough to start the day. That said, despite the convenience, we often chose to have breakfast in the neighbourhood, which has some lovely cafés and spots worth trying. The air conditioning worked really well, which was a big plus during the summer. All the staff were really polite and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. They greeted everyone warmly, and I truly felt welcome throughout my stay.

The AC was leaking because of condensation, but the staff fixed it quickly and it wasn’t an issue after that.

Location was exceptional. 5-10 min walk to main metro lines. Decent, generous breakfast included.

The first 2 days our A/C didnt work. We immediately complained and were first given 1/2 off the 1st day (and a fan brought to the room). We then basically complained each time we left the room, to various degrees of response. One staff member said they would have maintenance try to fix it. When it wasnt fixed, another staff member said we could find another hotel - this ridiculous suggestion was on Friday night at 9pm. The next morning, we complained again and were told to bring our luggage down and they would move us to another room which was essentially an upgrade and made a huge difference in our satisfaction.

We were a family of four with 11 and 14 year old kids. We thought the location was good, a 10 minute walk from the Hammersmith underground, plenty of shops and pharmacies close by for convenience. Wetherspoons on the corner of the entrance allowed kids until 11pm. We walked back to the hotel at night and felt safe. The room had an iron, hairdryer and enough space for a young family.

Everything about the room was comfortable and clean, cleaning staff were very good and accommodating. Being critical - some of the bathroom fittings could do with renewal e.g. taps, handles etc. But otherwise everything was in good working order.

First and foremost, the location is excellent for events at the Apollo as well as exploring the neighbourhood; Brook Green to the north of Hammersmith tube station was nice park to just sit and ponder. The room was a good size, with a little sofa seat and small moveable table; the bathroom was spotless. Staff were pleasant and helpful; luggage storage was easily available. The breakfast selection appeared to be good, but we didn't partake. Just around the front corner of the hotel is a great food shop, Istanbul Oragnic, which carried all sorts of dry and fresh foods; there's also a Pret-A-Manger about a five-minute walk, on the way to Hammersmith station. (Pret was our go-to for breakfast whilst in London.)

The carpet needs replacing as there were far too many stains for my liking, even though it was relatively clean. Whilst not a dislike, it can be a bit tricky to find the entrance, which is down a short sort of alleyway from the front corner of the building. I suppose the value was okay given it was June in London, but we stayed in very nice hotels in South Kensington and on The Strand the same week for only +/-$50 CAD more per night.

I loved Nadia (front desk staff) who happened to check us in on our first night and also assisted us on our last night. Her customer service was great, bless her heart. It’s pretty decent with excellent location. Within a walking distance to the Hammersmith station. I enjoyed my stay because it offers a great experience. Room was quite small but it offered modern amenities

For the price, I had higher expectations in terms of room space and variety of menu for the breakfast
