Close to the Marina, restaurants, shops, taxi rank. Once you came up to the apartments it was so quiet, even though you were only one street over from the pubs and restaurants

The hassle of trying to get into the pool area. We weren't given a fob and our card wouldnt open the gate so you would have to call the lifeguard over to open the gate and let you in. Apartment was much smaller than expected,but comfortable. Sitting room and bedroom was one area so when our daughter was napping we disnt really have anywhere to sit other than the kitchen which didnt have aircon

We loved the proximity to the marina and restaurants. Intermarche was also close. Near everything location is fantastic. The pool is perfect it's across the road but it is fine ..plenty of sunloungers. We forgot to pack beach towels and we could borrow so thank you Florentine. Shower great .

We would have loved a balcony but that was my fault at booking time I should have double checked . Florentine on reception was very nice and very impressed that our bedlinen was changed 3 times in 10 days. The pool located across the road is great and there were 14 sunloungers so it was fine. Grass was fine too no ants!

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Free WiFi was much appreciated, as was the fresh towels and bedding halfway through our week. We loved the pool and the fact that it was staffed - the young man was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was extremely efficient. The location is superb, with many restaurants only a minutes walk away and the marina only 2 minutes walk too.

The banging of the front door could be rectified by adjusting the door closers.

Everything Location(less than 5 minutes walk from the Marina, pubs, restaurants etc but still quiet).Cleanliness , well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with brilliant shower. Comfortable bed. Tv with some English speaking channels. Air conditioning/heating. Regular change of towels and maintenance. Safety deposit box for passport, credit cards, etc(this is very important for my peace of mind). Check in was quick and easy. I can highly recommend Mouraliz Apartments for a great holiday in Vilamoura.

Best thing about the apartment was its location. Very very close to marina as well as other great restaurants in a square about 200m away. The reception staff were very helpful as we arrived well before check in, she said she’d ring once room was ready and did so within a ver6 short time.

Our only minor issue was the entrance steps, we booked a ground floor terraced apartment and for someone with mobility issues these were a bit problematic. The whole apartment and immediate surroundings needs some talc but nothing to rant on about. We loved our time here. As others have said the beds aren’t the best but value for money based on location is hard to beat.

Self contained, near the road but not too noisy. Plenty of parking.Everything you need in the kitchen and two supermarkets within easy walk. Location is fantastic for eating at the marina and for accessing miles of beaches.

Pool had obviously been cleaned and looked superb - however it was not open in beautifully sunny first week of April. Main bedroom patio doors damaged so let draughts in. Bathroom window screwed shut so drying towels more difficult.

Very central, clean and linen and towels changed often.

No balcony is the only negative as I could not wash and dry clothes. There was a problem with check in. I arrived around half eight. Reception was closed. I did not get any message to tell me the code to the box containing the keys. Two friends of mine had booked another appointment in Block B and they had the same problem- no access code. We were waiting almost an hour for a guy to come. He was very helpful. It was a stressful start to our holiday.

The shower was very powerful and hot. So close to the marina so many pubs and restaurants within a short 5 min radius. The receptionist was very nice to us and very obliging on our departure allowing us to leave our luggage in safety after checkout.

The pool had very few sun loungers and some were broken. We had to sit on the grass. There was only 1 socket to charge phones in the bedroom. We had to charge phones in the kitchen and alternate use of the Socket. An extension lead would have come in handy. Also if you’re bringing a heavy suitcase the stairs are not ideal. The sensor lights go off for a minute mid way up the stairs it’s a little daunting at night. Also our neighbours downstairs complained of ants from the garden coming in to the apartment they requested to move.

The property was located a mere 3 minute walk from the marina. The pool was very close by and was never too busy even in July. The pool asssitant was very helpful! The apartment was basic but sufficient. Air conditioning was excellent.

From the pictures you would think the apartments have pool views/ balcony however this was not the case. There was no basic amenities such as toilet roll, soap. The pool fob did not work on two occasions and when I called the person on phone was not helpful. Sometimes a strong stale smell came from the toilet.

Comfortable, clean and bright apartment in a good location. Well priced and well furnished. Would definitely recommend it and would return. Thank you.

The pool area could do with a few more sun loungers and chairs. Also, a group of men came in with food and drink, and sat slightly away from the pool on the grass watching and taking photos of the people at the pool, and laughing. We didn’t know who they were but we didn’t feel comfortable with them taking photos. Everyone left soon after and they ran over to the pool and loungers, as if they were waiting for everyone to go. We didn’t go back again.
