- *Dark and old neighborhood*: The area feels a bit run-down and poorly lit at night — not dangerous, but not very welcoming. - *Price could be lower*: For the condition of the surroundings and the room, a slightly reduced rate would feel more appropriate. - *Rigid check-in policy*: Rooms are not released early even if some are ready — more flexibility here would greatly improve the guest experience.

The bed was comfortable, good shower and everything immaculate clean. Unusual for a budget option, the rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. Very efficient aircon and the staff very helpful. The balcony was a lovely extra.There are plenty restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity as is the open top bus.

The lift is tiny! Be aware, if you are arriving at São Bento station or metro the walk up to the hotel with bags is grueling. It's a very steep incline with a lot of steps. A taxi will NOT take you from the street, it's too short a journey, so get a taxi from the rank at the station, if you arrive there or at the metro. There is a huge amount of building work going on around the station too so accessing the area is very difficult. This area is not for anyone with mobility issues.

Very good location - Sao Bento 5 minutes walk, Ponte Luis - 7 minutes, 10-15 minutes Lello Bookstore and Church of the Clerics. Many restaurants and cafes ariund (for breakfast i highly recommend LOOK.Sharp Cafe Porto and for tapas: Rio's Tapas & Bar, R. do Duque de Loulé 185) Simple and convenient check-in. There is no service on site but everything goes without any complications. After check-out you can leave your belongings in special lockers. There is a kettle and tea in the room. The bed is comfortable, the bedding is clean. The bathroom is small but functional and clean. Wi-Fi is fine. There is an elevator.

There is a balcony but it overlooks other, many apartments around and it is not a place where you can actually sit, because there is no privacy there.

Had a great stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. There was a small hiccup with the door lock code not working, but Paula, the customer agent, was super helpful over the phone. She guided me through the issue and changed the code within seconds—it was sorted out so quickly! The bed was comfy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and everything else went smoothly. Big thanks to Paula for her prompt help! Would definitely stay here again.

The only hiccup was the initial issue with the door lock, but it was resolved quickly thanks to Paula's prompt assistance over the phone.

The room was modern and clean and centrally located with everything you need for a short city break. Good central location.

Check in is quite late and, as everything is done by key code, you don't actually see anyone so can't ask to drop off luggage early or ask anything. The location is fairly central but down/up a lot of steps/steep slope so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The room was clean overall but the person who made the bed didn't seem to have made a bed before or realise that the inside of the shower also needs cleaning! All communication before arrival was AI generated which led to multiple messages of the same kind on multiple channels but the actual information I needed like the address and key code, I had to ask for. If you open the curtains, anyone sitting outside on the terrace can look right into your room.

This room was in a great location, coffee/pastry shops and restaurants were at the top of the street as well as the National Theater. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with good internet. LOL I think our little balcony was bigger than our room. It really was postage stamp sized as one says. Oh, and the elevator was a hoot. We've been in tiny European elevators before but this one was the smallest one ever! Only 1 of us (we're both small people under 5'5") with one small roller bag could fit in at a time. LOL I actually dropped something from my hand on the way up to the room and couldn't bend over to pick it up!! There was no room to do so!! LOL BUT no mistake, we are VERY grateful to have had an elevator to go up 4 flights of stairs.

We had a bit of difficulty getting the front door of the building to open with the code that had been given to us, but we did get it to work. We had the same problem with our room. Thank goodness there was a helpful cleaning lady there who was able to show us how it worked. Thank you google translate! LOL

The location is superb.

Kindly note that the check in time is late. I ended up arriving earlier and had to phone for assistance since the check in was at 4pm and till 9am I did not even receive the pin to the main door and was left outside with the luggage. Then after phoning at about 1pm I received the main door pin however the lockers were full and could not put my luggage, luckily enough the room was ready before 4pm and could leave the luggages in the room with the help of the house keeper. It is difficult to roam around porto with the luggage.

Great location, close to Sao Bento station, but beware, it's climb! if you have a large suitcase (I did not) perhaps consider taking a taxi around!. Love that it's surrounded by ruins and in the middle you have a nice stylish place! Just at the end of the street are a few lovely cafes/bars/restaurants. Also, cannot beat the price, clean and nice room for not much more than I paid for a train ticket from Lisbon to Porto!

First time using the door code on a screen that only appears when you touch the pad, had to phone and ask how it worked. The doors should also have a deadbolt or lock latch on the inside, the door latched into a flimsy piece of MDF (paperboard) door casing with no secondary lock.

What a location ! Fabulous - super clean, modern, great shower pressure, comfy bed and pillows, a lift - woo hoo!

Now at first was very nervous at the no staff on site thing but communication was excellent re how to get there, codes to get it in. Luggage storage. Also my top tip / yes there are 40 large stone steps from the train station up a super steep hill - but…. Due to all the metro building works I took the wrong road - just the one to the left going up hill running parallel to the one with steps and soooo much easier to pull case up that road (I came down this way too).

The location!!! NOT EASY TO FIND. There are more than one Mysaty in Porto, so we walked for 3 hrs. to find the OTHER ONE. If it is possible MAKE SURE TO GIVE MORE DETAILS, on how to get there like: three blocks from train station XUXUX or metro station XSXSDXS. It was raining we did not enjoy getting lost! and paying an Uber for the right location.

Breakfast!!! a box, with dread, spreads, etc... not a breakfast at all. I have had MUCH better. NO coffee, not a good one. There are better ways. There was a space to have a real breakfast.
