My room was small but perfectly fine. I would have really loved to have a kettle in my room. The breakfast was great! The bathroom was clean and there was lots of hot water. I do miss having a bidet, even the hose kind next to the toilet.

I didn't know when I got to the property how to get in or where to go, perhaps I missed those instructions? I didn't know there was a reception desk. My gps got confused with some area construction and I had trouble walking back from city center. I think an information link or packet about public transport in the area would be very helpful and welcom.

the staff was very kind and helpful (thank you again), the breakfast quite good, the room had a very cute balcony. The hotel is very close 5-10 minutes walk from metro and bus lines, and 2 minutes from super market

the room was a bit small in size. Τhere was only a standing shower - a bit inconvenient. Τhe sink was outside the bathroom, right next to the bed

The breakfast was good — and the location was close to public transport. The staff were great.

The fact that the hotel’s policy refuses to allow couples to have two room keycards — which is a completely inflexible policy despite explaining why it made the trip logistically awkward if, god forbid, we ever wanted to do different things at different times. The reception staff couldn’t have tried any harder to mitigate the company policy by offering to meet the keycard-less one of us at the door and let us into our room, but that is really impractical and awkward.

Reception staff, especially Sonia, were very helpful and friendly. Nice variety of breakfast choices, and good coffee. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Bed was comfortable.

In-room patios not really very useful. Breakfast eating area not very comfortable.

The hotel was nearby to the main avenue, and easily walkable. It’s a great location, is clean and nicely decorated. But the best part is the staff, who were absolute fantastic. We could not fault them! The young lady that met us in the morning us in took our bags and stored them whilst we went and explored Lisbon, later we came back to change and our room was ready. We checked in with Miguel, who recommended a restaurant for the evening. He even booked the table for us. We went on our way and enjoyed a fantastic Fado evening of music and great food! We asked if there was a chance for a take away breakfast and the staff said “no problem” …sure enough as we left at 6:15am, a lovely breakfast bag of fresh fruit, sandwiches and cakes was given to us, with some bottled water. Nothing was too much trouble, fantastic staff, very friendly! Would definitely recommend, and would stay again!

Only downside, due to how compact the rooms are, you can hear your neighbours at times. But wasn’t too bad!

The hotel was really clean and in a good location. The staff were super friendly and did anything to help us. We felt really comfortable here and the room was lovely. It was also amazing to have breakfast on our own balcony. Breakfast had a lot of options. It was a great stay and I would stay here again if I returned to Lisbon.

Shower was in need of some maintenance and it was hard not to cover the floor in water.

The breakfast was lovely, nice outdoor place. Staff were very friendly on reception. Room was very clean.

It's a little bit out from centre, well 30 min walk but metro is close by.

I enjoyed the attention of the staff with my requests.

The coffee for breakfast was horrible!
