The apartment is large and new, all furniture and facilities are new and in excellent condition. Everything was clean and I couldn't find anything bad to write here. The pool is big and also clean and beautiful, a great place to spend time. Great value for the money I would definitely stay here again, and also I would recommend it for staying.

Just a small note - A car is absolutely necessary if you book here since the location is a little bit out of town. We had a car so for us that was not the issue.

Clean, modern, spacious and well furnished apartment with a very comfortable bed. Lovely territory of the complex as well as swimming pool. If you are with the car, its is a very good place to stay in Lagos. We realy enjoyed the stay.

Our family loved apartment, it was really good to have small swimming pool where we could sit and relax while children play in the pool. During our stay it was nice not to have too many other guests. Ramon was great host and responded to all our questions within few minutes. Highly recommend this place, if you looking for quiet and peaceful holiday.

*The following text only applies to small amount of people.* Not having washing machine was inconvenient for our 10 day stay, I would like to suggest that hosts either buy washing machines or find local launderette who could provide dry cleaning service at extra cost. We also had discomfort with many mosquitos in the apartment, we didn't expect this and left windows open on first night, but woke up with many mosquito bites. If it is possible I would suggest either provide warnings within welcome messages or if possible maybe find a solution for preventing mosquitos entering apartment, as we would of enjoyed having fresh air in the apartment during nights, instead of running A/C. This is minor things, which would of improved our stay if we didn't experienced the above.

Loved the view and the area. It was private and you can see the city. The place was big for its price so it was worth it! The pool was clean and comfy.

The check in was a bit difficult because no one was at the reception and we tried contacting the property and number on the door but nothing worked so we finally waited around 20 minutes until someone found us. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked but still fine. The windows had no screens so there were lots of critters that wandered inside.

The apartment was spacious, kitchen well equipped and clean. The WiFi is very fast. We had a comfortable stay in a quiet location. Having a car was helpful but the supermarket was within walking distance.

No easy way to hang a mosquito net. The bed was too soft, the pillows were of terrible quality, but we still managed to sleep well.

Very nice & big apartment. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with heated floor. The pool is nice. Wifi excellent. Our apartment (B4) didn't have the best of vistas, no doubts the apartments on the other side (1&2) certainly do.

Not a biggie, but the outside areas unprotected from the elements need a power-wash

I think I got an excellent deal during low season. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the place. Super big, stylish and had everything I needed and more. The kitchen was very complete. The staff was very friendly. I had very loud neighbors and the staff took my complaint super serious and was very firm with the other guests.

We had a car so could drive easily into the main parts of Lagos. Location had lovely views of Lagos. Rooms very big, spacious and comfortable. Heated floors in the bathroom was a nice suprise

Check in and check out was a little bit clunky. Had a coffee pod machine but were not given any pods. Pots and pans all fairly damaged, could use replacements

Comfy bed, spacious apartments, nice view, AC worked great, stocked kitchen, beautiful layout. The pool was well kept and very relaxing. Location is close to town and quiet; you do need either a vehicle or taxi/Bolt to get around though. We had a car but called a Bolt a couple times to go into town for dinner which was cheap and easy too.

Nothing! Our stay was perfect.

The room came with a kitchen, a living room and a large bathroom. I enjoyed all of the space this condo provided and we wished we could have stayed longer.

The address on booking was inaccurate and we had to drive around looking for the property. It ended up being further up the hill. I notified booking.com and the hotel front desk that this was a difficulty.
