You couldn't ask for a better location, the hotel has very nice decor - warm, cozy and inviting, very clean. Staff was fantastic, very friendly, helpful, very good with communication (in person and through messaging) and the food - OMG! So delicious and so much variety!

Personally, the bed was too soft for me. I noticed also, there is a problem with parking (lack of space) Can't complain about anything else.

We visited Max Resort in January for a calm first week of the year on the Baltic Sea. For this reason we really enjoyed the location even if there are little restaurant options during that season. However the Max bar restaurant is a great option (also for repeated dine-in). The Max resort itself is a great building with some surprises and no standard footprint. There are multiple common areas for enjoying the seaside view. The spa itself was clean and not too busy. The breakfast was delicious and varied over our stay. Staff was super friendly and knew German and English really well. It was a truly pleasant stay!

The only point we were disappointed was the size of the spa area. If you are planning a whole “Spa day” make sure to book some services in advance, otherwise you won’t have too much to do. There is one dry and one wet Sauna, a pool, a whirlpool and showers. For sole relaxing after sauna we went back upstairs to booked room. We would recommend to utilise some common areas to the Spa.

- perfect location right by the beach - nice swimming pool, sauna - very tasty breakfast, big choice of food, everything fresh - good quality of Wi-Fi

- the room was not cleaned even once when we were there (5 days) - they did not change our towels until we found some cleaners on the 3d day and asked them to change them - the bed was about 140 cm wide, which is not comfortable enough for two people

Everything was perfect!!! Wonderful view from the sky bar, a lot of unique details in interior, excellent spa zone)

It’s hard to find free dates, but I understand why. It’s one of the best places near the sea!

very good breafasts and suppers. great location. comfortable beds.polite and helpful staff. pool and fitness room is definitely a plus. good price as for the quality. ;)

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and with a smile at all times. Swimming pool really nice. Breakfast yummy.

Steam room opens at 6pm, shame it cannot open at 6am when the pool opens. Scrambled eggs with meat for breakfast, shame there was no veggie option.

Nice location close to the beach.
