The staff at the Aiden were exceptional: Friendly, spoke perfect English, gracious, professional and thorough. They even went above usual service and followed up on requests. I made a mistake booking my departure date through a third party app and they helped me cancel the last night that I didn't need and get a refund, even though the reservation was pre-paid. I've never experienced that level of customer service before. While the location wasn't walking distance from the fun parts of the city, and the room was relatively small with no real view, and there were no amenities in the room (e.g., no shower cap) I'd stay there again for the service. There's a convenience store right across the street and easy parking on the property. Shower was great with lots of hot water and overhead and wand.

The hotel is good, it is not far away from the famous Piotrkowska Street, and the Manifaktura :10 minute-walk. The room was very large, confortable and quite. Breakfast has a large varity of food, both savoury and Sweet. The hotel has its owen parking lot and the Price was 120 zl For 2 days. At the end I decided to Park the car along the Street in front of the there is a paid parking lot that The Price is € 1 per hour. From my Point of view is was more convenient to Park my car outsite of the hotel

Everything was ok

The hotel has really beautiful interiors. The room's design is very well-thought-out and everything has a function. Double-railed blackout curtains do not let any light inside the room, so you can sleep without interruptions in an extremely comfortable and long (it doesn't happen often with me being 190cm) bed. The sound insulation is on a very high level, and you can barely hear the doors of other rooms closing. Parking is also very convenient.

Excellent hotel which exceeded our expectations. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds, ample cupboard space and a large and modern bathroom. Breakfast was very good with enough choices of different kinds of food. The location is quiet, within easy walking distance to the Manufactura complex and the city centre. I would highly recommend the hotel for a visit to Lodz.

Beautiful new hotel – spotless, well-maintained, and with spacious rooms. The air conditioning and ventilation work perfectly, making the stay very comfortable. As the hotel is still new, it’s pleasantly quiet, though the breakfast selection is a bit limited. I appreciated being able to park my car right on the street in front of the hotel, with free parking over the weekend

Really big room, everything was setup great, nice building as well in the center of the city, good access to everything

The access from the main road was locked and you needed to use the entrance from the parking lot which was a bit weird. We did not receive the wifi password and did not even bother as the wifi signal for the room was very bad.

You must pay around 15€ for hotel parking which is not value for money, especially if you arrive later of the day as public parking is cheaper and you can easy find space in the street.

Room was pristine, the furniture did not feel cheap, overall room was comfortable. Bathroom equipped with everything that's needed.

The room was on floor 0, therefore for privacy curtains had to be closed most of the time. But exactly the same room is on other floor too, so request other than floor 0, unless you don't mind the stares.

The windows of my room on the 1st floor faced the street. In the morning it was very noisy because of the cars passing through the tram stop located under my windows. Even when you are lying in bed, you can feel the vibration. Very high costs of parking places.
