There is no elevator to the fourth floor, it goes up to the third floor, my 95-year-old father had to go up from the third floor to the fourth by stairs because it was vital for him to have air conditioning in the room. In the description of the hotel facilities, this disadvantage was not mentioned or was not clear. Apart from this disadvantage, the hotel was perfect and the staff was very kind and tried very hard.

Place was centrally located with access to all attractions by foot. There was an amazing scent throughout the place not sure how they achieved it. Breakfast was delicious and they had home baked bread available on Sunday for purchase to take home unfortunately we left on Friday and weren’t able to take advantage if it. They also make their own sausages and cold cuts. They have one of the best coffees we’ve ever had. We used their spa and it was very relaxing. We would definitely go back and spend more time there. Staff were friendly.

We requested a room with two single des and they were way too narrow for our liking but the bed sheets and towels were premium quality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated that they were able to accommodate my partner's gluten allergy (and provided gluten free bread for breakfast). Each breakfast was varied and tasty. The fact that the sauna and jacuzzi need to be pre-booked and are always used privately by each guest group was a huge plus. I especially recommend the the romantic jacuzzi option! The restaurant on premise provided delicious dinners and was able to accommodate food allergies. Most key attractions in the town are easily accessible by foot, while the beautiful mountains are a short (ca. 15min) drive away.

Something in the room, either the bedding or the shower gel gave my partner a small rash. I would also recommend the hotel to make a bigger division between the restaurant and the piano bar space, since currently both serve they same purpose.

Excellent service, modern and spacious room, and most important everything was very clean. Restaurant "Wypoczęty Wół" serves delicious food. I recommend stone steak and risotto.

Wi-Fi connectivity was poor (at least on our floor).

Great spa facilities for couples. The attached restaurant was okay. The town was beautiful in the snow.
