The room was perfect. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Great hot powerful shower. Kitchen area was well equipped but we only really used the kettle and fridge. Nice seating area outside, nice to sit & chill after a long day. Bed was very comfy, although one side was against a wall, (not a major issue, just to note) Big double wardrobes, Iron but no board. Super fast WIFI, Old fashioned air con but done the job, it was hitting 27d on some days we were there and it kept a pleasant temp in the room. There is a shop right next door (but it doesn't sell alcohol - no worries, there's one less than 200yrds that does, wanted a few beers for the fridge)... Towels/Cleaning - you have to inform reception if you want your towels changing, otherwise they won't come in, Location was great, just over the road and through the park and your in the old town (less than 5 mins walk) The park runs runs right around the old town, made for a nice morning stroll. Obviously the town square was more expensive for food and drinks but surprisingly "STILL" cheaper than most city prices. We found a bar called The Black Gallery Pub. Go through the little tunnel entrance and ignore the loud music (its there to get your attention and you plays very low in the bar area) and it takes you into a nice tranquil outside garden bar with an upstairs and downstairs seating area and "very cheap" , no measures on there drinks either :) another very cheap bar was Pianola. These were our favourite two. A must place to eat at was called Pod Wawelem, (google it) well known for its massive meat skewers and the mixed meat plates for two. If your thinking of doing any of the trips id advise you book them ASAP due to them booking up and you have to wait a day or so. We used UBERS to get to and from the airport, cheaper than a standard taxi.

The apartment was very clean, we were given a quiet room which we had requested, the facilities and location are excellent and felt very safe. Small supermarket right next to you with plenty of supplies.

Having to ask for more towels. We were given 2 bath towels on arrival, no hand towels, asked for more towels on the second day and received them no problem and no extra charge. Air conditioning did not work and it was 27° when we were there, we left the door to the balcony open at night but it was still very stuffy. We were out every day doing trips and by the time we got back reception was closed. I did message reception on the second day and they said how to set it but it still did not work, I said I would get back to her if it still didn't work but we were too busy doing things in beautiful Krakow so we forgot about it until it was too late. It wasn't a big deal and did not alter the fact it was a lovely apartment and I would recommend it and definitely stay again.

The apartment is spacious and well provisioned in an excellent location if you plan to visit the Old Town. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable and it was well set up to work if that is necessary. Lovely little garden patio outside.

The blinds on the wall of windows are white and do not block out the light from outside so even in the middle of the night it looks like it may be daytime outside. If you are a light sleeper like me that may be a problem. The gardeners started right outside my door (ground floor) early and had I wanted to sleep a little later that would have been impossible.

Location was great, walkable distance from bus/train stations, just outside old town and a few minutes away from the main attractions someone visiting would probably look for. Apartment was clean and we were warmly welcomed at reception desk upon arrival. Staff was friendly. Apartments are modern, maximise the space, smartly designed, very well kept, and comfortable. We rested very well after our travels and sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay. While we did notice the absence of a toaster and a kitchen towel in the apartment, we found suitable alternatives, so it wasn't an issue. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we visit Krakow again in the future.

We stayed in tutti fruity. Beautiful little apartment everything you need for a relaxing stay. It sleeps 3 with a double round bed in One bedroom and a single bed in a little bedroom off the lounge. It has a kettle microwave fridge freezer and even a washing machine and clothes airer! There is also a balcony with a table and chairs Exceptionally clean very comfortable bed and perfect location for walking to old square about 5 mins and Jewish quarter about 10 mins. Would highly recommend, brekkie was nice too cereal, toast cold meats/cheeses fruit and yogurt again spotlessly clean self serve facilities. The reception staff are super helpful booking taxis trips etc and even adding early brekkie for us. Def 10/10 stay. Also supermarket next door open til 11pm and stocks loads of groceries and beer/wine etc

The shower tray was like on a bump, weirdly Loved the round bed, but for us, wasnt the comfiest, but everyone is different I know I asked if there would be coffee, and tea supplied in the room, was told yes, but we got two of each on the day we arrived, but didn't get any more after that. I could have brought some, not a problem, if they had said none was provided. There was a sugar canister full, so would be good if they had jars with coffee and tea in too. Other than that , it was a good stay

A lovely apartment in a very convenient location, has a shop and pharmacy next door, a flat short walk to the square, trams pass by only two min walk away, the mini kitchen had everything you could need and for longer stay even had a washing machine, smart tv with access to Netflix and prime loggin, Lift to rooms, a lovely touch to find a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, towels provided, hairdryer, iron and ironing board available to use if needed, we booked our airport transfers via Parkside which was easy to do and reasonable price, both drivers were very helpful, would recommend, and would definitely stay again.

The round bed was queeky but it took up the whole main bedroom, no room for any bedside tables or wardrobes, personally a normal double would be better for holiday makers, a mirror on wall in the twin bedroom would make it perfect for when adults sharing it, but we managed without

We stayed here at the start of August for seven nights. Great location, ideal for walking into city centre. The apartment was an okay size for three of us and had full cooking facilities and a washing machine, which was great. There is a small shop next door to the apartments which was fine for anything you needed. The apartment felt cool with the air-conditioning, and we could also open windows. It was generally clean, bright and airy.

It was great to have undergound parking, although someone took our space when we were out as staff had not made it clear that we should lock the little barrier in the space when we went out. We were given another space, but it was alot smaller. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils were minimal- we had to ask for more plates as we only had two in the cupboard. However, these were brought up promptly by reception.

Very comfortable, cosy, warm & clean. 2 lovely bedrooms for 3 people. Nice bathroom with a lovely shower. Had everything that we needed and the added touch of a bottle of wine, water, coffee & sugar was a lovely welcome gift. The buffet breakfast room in the building was ideal with a nice variety of continental breakfast items, cereal, bread, ham, cheese, salad, yoghurts, jams & apples. The location was perfect and the security to gain access to the apartments was very good. Also the reception staff very polite and helpful.

There was a misunderstanding with the breakfast. I did not remember that we had or not have breakfast included in the price (we travel a lot) but at the check-in the lady at the front desk told us that we had it. I asked again just to make sure but she told me that no extra fees would have applied for it, but at the checkout they wanted me to pay for it. I indicated that I was told that it was included, so finally I did not have to pay for it, but this situation was a bit awkward. I appreciate that finally we could work this out, the staff showed a professional attitude. One more thing: the electric kettle needs a limescale removal.
