I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. This accommodation is up there with some of the best in terms of cleanliness, facilities and decor. This is the best value accommodation I have ever had. Fabulous location, facilities and decor. Would/ will definitely stay there again without hesitation.

TV was not connected to a signal so had to use my ipad to access programs using wifi. Sound isolation was not good and there was some noise when people were talking in the corridors or accessing their PIN pads and rooms. This did not prevent me getting a good nights sleep. I could also hear talking through the bathroom vents. This would not stop me staying here again and it was a fabulous base to explore Krakow..

Poor lighting particularly trying to apply Makeup was a nightmare - there is a long mirror in the main living area with no light above it ? No toaster - no tea cloth to dry dishes - no bottle of water on arrival No instructions for the oven which was almost on the floor/ you had to sit on the floor to see how to use it which was a challenge No one came to change towels during our stay For light sleepers the nearby nightclub could be a problem with the beat of music evident until 5/6 am most days Difficult to find as taxi drops you off in nearby street

Perfect location !!! Amazing decor, the apartment was beautiful and the sauna room was a beautiful added feature. Access was easy.

We booked an apartment with the option to cook in should we choose rather than eat out every night however on arrival there was a sign across the oven saying it was out of order and a missing oven door. We were not informed of this prior so had no option but to eat all meals out which cost us more. Heating didn't work for the first 3 days. We had a 2 bed apartment with living room and kitchen and we're brought one small heater when we reported this.

The decor was stunning and the beds were so comfortable I usually really struggle to get a good nights sleep when I go away because I’m a mattress snob. The mattresses and pillows and duvet were amazing. The location was 10/10 and you never would have believed it was in the centre of the square the rooms are sound proofed really well. My only issue was the lack of hot water but we don’t shower much when away so it wasn’t the end of the world as it was a short trip. But if I was staying longer it would have been frustrating as the beautiful waterfall shower didn’t stay hot long enough.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect night’s sleep after busy days exploring. Every detail, from the stylish décor to the thoughtful amenities, made the stay feel both modern and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional, and the whole atmosphere of the residence was calm, secure, and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend CU Residence Loft Affair to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay — I’ll definitely be coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was so, so comfortable, and the bed was honestly the best I’ve ever slept in – a whole new level of comfort. I’m even planning to email the hotel to find out what air freshener they use, because the beautiful scent drifts all the way from the steps up into the apartment, and it’s just amazing. The housekeeper we met on arrival was so lovely and welcoming, which really set the tone for our stay. The only small downside is that it can be quite loud at night due to the location. That said, after a full day of exploring, we were so tired it didn’t stop us from sleeping – and in a funny way, it actually helped us find the nightlife by just following the music! The location couldn’t be better you walk out the door and you’re right on the main square. Overall, a really wonderful stay and we would definitely come back.

The location of the property is an excellent base as it's very central to everything. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard and the décor is beautiful. The hosts are very responsive, we had an issue with our room code on arrival but this was sorted within 10 minutes.

There was a smell of drains near / in the bathroom but it wasn't too offensive and you couldn't smell it anywhere else in the apartment. The apartment doesn't have many windows and was quite dark as its surrounded by many buildings but we would book again instantly. We have been looking to see if this brand has any other properties.

Lovely apartment, just perfect for a few days visiting the city, right on the square. Very well laid out. Nice touch having the sauna, was welcome after a long day walking around the city. We had an interconnecting door with the apartment next door, which although locked, was @ first quite disconcerting The only down side was the first floor apartments are directly above a bar, so the background beat of music could be heard until 4am on Sunday morning. Starts about 10pm. So the gentle reminder not to disturb other residence between the hours of 10-6am, was slightly ironic. However ear plugs are available on a bowl in the sauna room. Very clean, very pleasant, we would stay again !! Thank you

Beautiful brand new rooms with great facilities, space, functionality, style, perfect location, great value for money, big smart tv you can remote connect to easily for netflix etc, good communication via whatsapp with staff, foyer smelled lovely and friendly cleaner lady.

No elevator, have to carry suitcase up and down flights of stairs to and from room. Shower smelled of drains so had to cover drain up with a towel. No receptionist so everything done via whatsapp not face to face, which was sometimes unconvenient as they dont clean your room during your stay and we needed more towels and had questions about luggage storage etc. No luggage room so had to take suitcase 10 mins walk away to sister hotel to store.

We like the location and apartment, especially the decoration and bed. The bed was so soft and nice, which helped us to relax after the long day of sightseeing. The amenities in the bathroom are so nice. The smell of shampoo and shower gel, is amazing. The location is just right in the old city, which is so convenient to walk to the restaurants and parks. We definitely will stay there again.

It was noisy for the first night from the neighbors, we could not sleep without earplugs as there are some noise from outside and inside. The drain in the bathroom is smelly, we have smelled it every time, we entered it from the outside.
