The spa access was definitely a plus. The bed and room are really comfortable.

There was noone of the hostel staff. If you are looking for a place with a vibe this is not the case. There is security at the entrance of the building that is mainly family apartments.

I usually rate my stays at 10. Because I don't want to spoil the rating. I appreciate the reasonable price. Although the minuses can be seen everywhere. In my travels, I pay the most attention to the speed and simplicity of registration, the quality of the Internet, warm water and whether there are many visitors from third countries. They are insanely messy. In shared rooms, the audience is diverse and it is not the fault of the accommodation establishment that someone snores loudly, sleeps in jeans or is afraid to open the window even for a moment. Here I would even say it's a matter of luck. I would rate this accommodation with 6-7 points in my heart. However, I wrote a 10 on the booking platform only because I hope the establishment will pay attention to my comment and improve in the future, and not be limited to a banal, template response "thank you for staying, your opinion is important to us". I want to see real work and effort, not apologies and promises. I hope they will correct their shortcomings that I or other travelers point out. The main things I liked about this establishment: Friendly price. Sufficient internet. Nice security guard. It was nice to have a pool, although it wasn't anything too special. But it was fun to lay in the hot tub. In these difficult times, I want to thank Ukraine, which alone protects all of Europe. I really want everything to end in favor of Europe as soon as possible, so that the Russians do not attack foreign lands and that the accommodation establishments do not go bankrupt and can offer their travelers better prices in the future, all over Europe. I liked the location, colourful rooms and access to the SPA. Also there is access to the kitchen, so you can cook and save money on restaurants.

I didn't like that drunk people are allowed to go to the spa area. 2 drunk girls ruined time in the swimming pool for me and my Mom. I didn't like that it was loud at night. I understand that this is a hostel, therefore young and energetic people live here and they like to party at night. It doesn't change the fact that I didn't like it though :)

The sauna, jacuzzi and pool are included in the price. The kitchen is very good, the bathroom is comfortable and clean and the beds are comfortable (they are quite stable so you don't bother nor get bothered by the person who you're sharing the bunk bed with). They have curtains. The woman who does the cleaning is very friendly and works well. There's coffee and tea.

There's no reception, it's self check in and there's no toilet outside the bedrooms, so it might be complicated if you check out in the morning and your departure is at night.

I found the 24hr reception a bonus and it also acts as security. Great location, 5-10 minute walk to the old town and most attractions. Blackout curtain around your bed was a major plus for privacy. Room was spotless however, not enjoy rubbish bins in a room for 6 people. Bonus that you get to use the leisure facilities up until 11pm.

I could feel the springs from the mattress in places when I moved. There should be more rubbish bins available in the dorm rooms. More ventilation in the rooms as you large number of people living in them.

Everything was more than perfect! As a solo girl traveller I was a bit afraid about staying in mixed hostel room, but the room was quite, everyone has really own space, drawer has the locker, it was really clean, really good equipped big kitchen and amazing rooftop terase on the 9th floor with the amazing cityview and the wellness with big pool, jakuzy and also sauna. It was dreamy, I wouldnt change anything. Also the security staff ať the reception was really really nice and friendly and want to help in every ocasion. 11stars from 10.

Curtain in each bunk bed allowed total darkness You have two plugs a little shelf and a lamp with dimming light Great location - tram 8 and 9 next to the hotel but you can also easly walk to the riverside/ green gate/ neptune fountain The matress and pillow were confortable enough I did not see any of the staff during my stay but they were very responsive to text before my arrival

I stayed at WaterLane with two other friends on my second visit to Gdansk and, by far, it has become my favorite place. Very clean and functional room. Full kitchen available and very polite staff. I had a problem with my back and had to postpone my check out by 4 hours so I wouldn't have to be on the street waiting for my flight. They not only postponed it, but also put me in a much more comfortable room for those hours. I definitely recommend it and I will be back!

The staff are super nice and friendly. The facilities are generally clean and modern. The location is good, quite central and within walking distance of most places, but not too close that it's too loud outside. Also a good opportunity to explore the part of the town that wasn't re-constructed after WWII!

As can happen in any hostel, some people in the room were loud, shaking until almost 12pm. The bathroom was also a bit dirty and in general the ventilation in the room wasn't the best.

Amazing place, one of my fav hostels it’s just like a hotel so for the price I am very happy. Exactly what I needed and expected.

There’s no reception and the phone numbers they tell you to call to for assistance do not reply not to messages not to calls. I needed to stay outside my room for over an hour because nobody would let me know what can I do when my card was inside the room. 0 costumer service.
