We would stay here again. Good value for the location to key areas of town. The room was spacious. It was also very clean. The bathroom was very nice! It had a large, comfortable tub and a separate shower stall with a great shower head. Also nice was a large closet space, a sitting area, and a variety of light fixtures to choose from. The staff at the counter was very helpful anytime I asked questions!

The bed pillows were very small, flat, and uncomfortable. New pillows will be a good investment.

The hotel is very well located, close to the old market square. There are restaurants and bars on the same street. The room was spacious.

In the evening, it was a bit chilly, and the heating in the hotel was not on. The double bed was rather small. Pillows were small and soft. TV includes only Polish channels.

On booking, the details said there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport, this wasn't an option when we asked. There was no indication that there was a conference going on whilst we were there & we would be unable to eat in the restaurant.

Very friendly Stuff and good facilities, a tasty breakfast. The location is very central, close to restaurants. It was not noisy at night outside due to tourists season has passed.

A payment was necessary for an extra bed for a kid (though it was supposedly mentioned somewhere at the booking although not charged by the booking.com).

We arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, but the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in so we could drop our bags and go for a walk downtown. Next time I'm in Bialystok, I'll definitely stop at this hotel.

The light in the room was a little dim, and the breakfast buffet table ran out of some products. But these are minor issues. Overall, the experience was excellent.

I was unsure about room service ordering rather than getting automatically and would have liked more coffee sachets, de caffeinated! for example. The heated towel radiator did not work efficiently so I asked for dry towels.

In June 2022 we stayed one night in this hotel in a Deluxe room. The location is excellent, in the middle of this very nice town, surrounded by good restaurants and nice terraces. The room was excellent value for money, a real recommendation. The room is very spacious with a wooden floor, airconditioning, a refrigerator, watercooker with coffee and tea and good WiFi. The spacious bathroom has a bath and a separate very good shower. The lighting in the room is excellent. Breakfastbuffet was very good

All was ok - location (near lot of restaurants, bars, castle for nice walk), big room, good breakfast.

The only surprise was wedding party in the hotel restaurant and time by time loud guests under our window (our room was on second flour), but when we went to sleep and closed window, we heard music just a bit and it didn't disturbed us. Of course you need to understand that hotel is in the center of the city and there always can be some sounds, especially during summer when you want to sleep under open window.

It was perfect for our stay, we stayed twice. First room was spacious, second room was small. I always pay attention to cleanliness and rooms were clean. It was nice to have air conditioning. Staff was nice and helpful.

Internet was little slow. Couple of times room wasn’t serviced but with all fairness once I mentioned it at reception it never happened again.

Everything is very good, I especially liked the climate control and air conditioning. Everything is convenient and the hotel is in the city center.
