The free taxi service to D’mall and city mall. Very convenient as the hotel is not close to the main restaurant

The buffet breakfast is not good. I wish there were more western style breakfast such as bacon etc. the breakfast is catered for Filipinos. Food was cold even when you go before 7am. I heard a few foreigners complaining about the food too. Not everyone wants to eat rice for breakfast.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pool is good.

The breakfast could be improved with more choices. The juice is from a powdered mixture. It would have been better if was fresh juice.

Pinnacle Resort & Villas was very nice to stay at. It's away from the bustle of the town, so it's peaceful. The room was very spacious, and there were a lot of additional provided amenities, like shower cap, face washers, body lotion, large umbrellas, beach towels and thongs/flip-flops, and an air purifier. All the staff were polite and friendly, and helpful when I had any queries. The free hotel shuttle was very useful, and they would order an e-trike for you if it wasn't available. There is private access to White Beach via some stairs, and the pool area is well equipped for lounging around.

My room faced the building adjacent, so it didn't have much natural light. Not a huge deal, but it would've been nice not to have to turn the lights on during the daytime

Location next to the nicest area of White Beach. Very tasty breakfast and food in restaurant. Rooms are clean and spacious with cleaning service every day.Staff is very friendly.

The only one minus of the hotel(but propably every hotel in this area) is really high humidity in the room.

The location at station 1 is amazing, with just a five minute walk to the beach, and easy access to the main road to go to other places. Free shuttle service up to 10pm (pending on availability). The room is very spacious and the bathroom is large. Just mind, that there is no divider between the bedroom and the bathroom, just a glass door to the actual shower and toilet.

The breakfast is fine but nothing extensive. The check-out process took a bit long.

The hotel was overall a good experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which was very convenient. The breakfast was decent.

There were a couple of downsides. The room we stayed in felt damp, and it didn’t have any windows, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, the overall stay was pleasant.

Great location, the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Our room was an excellent size for an 8 day stay and very comfortable. The pool is very clean and has plenty of loungers. A fabulous place to stay. It was excellent having free transport to D Mall or you can walk along the beach easily

The breakfast wasn't that great, but didn't really worry us.

The senior management were professional and helpful at all times! The close location to the best part of white station beach was awesome, as you just have to walk down some stairs to reach it. Assitance with e-trikes and overall accomodating us was superb. Our room was big enough for four of us and we got upgraded to a room with a balcony.

Junior or cleaning staff (wearing white shirts) made comments and jokes about my daughter and did not notice us seeing them. As we stayed 18 days it was uncomfortable running into them and one girl in particular showing her friend exageratedly to smile while her back was turned to us. Spoiled our wonderful time a bit.

I like the location, the clean and spacious rooms that even has an air diffuser that keeps the room smelling fresh! the pool is nice, it’s quiet at night, the food is good and the staff are super friendly and accommodating!

my stay would’ve been a 10 if the resort has a beach front. yes the have a private passage leading to the beach but they didn’t have any chairs or space. the beach front belongs to the Lind resort.

Staff is amazing ! Location is great ! Hotel is lovely. It was much better than we were expecting. It was totally worth it . Next time we are back in Boracay we will definitely stay in Pinnacle hotel again ! Hotel provides Free shuttle ride to Dmall. Acess to white beach is through stairs, but we did that route everyday with a 3 year old and a 7 year old and there was no problem. Thank you so much for the staff for being so helpful . Specially thanks to Ruen for being so nice and friendly to our family.

Breakfast could be better (have more food variety), but all food available is delicious. Swimming pool a bit cold Ants in the room
