The residence is strategically located in Tagaytay.

We stayed in Tower 2 of Wind Residences. The room initially assigned to us was a small studio unit (2345) without a view of Taal, and the floor was soaked with water, possibly from the air conditioning unit. I had booked a larger room with a view of Taal, but the room we were given was neither the same as nor similar to any of the photos shown in the advertisement. According to the owner, rooms are randomly assigned. During our visit, only one of the three lifts was working, resulting in a waiting time of 5-10 minutes to go up or down. The open parking area behind the Clubhouse was inconvenient, particularly during the rainy season when it became very muddy. Although there is a shuttle service, the waiting time is 20-30 minutes.

Me and my friends celebrated my birthday here. The room was squeaky clean. Miss Tess, the caretaker is extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. I don't know how she does it, but everytime I message her, she responds in like 3seconds, sana all. Lmao The internet connection is very good, i was able to do my work, enjoy Nextflix and watch tulfo. 📺 The bed is also on a higher tier compared to the past bookings we had with other owners. The set up is just gorgeous 🥰 We are extremely satisfied and looking forward to book this room again.

The bed was creaky. Internet signal weak. 2 towels only for 5 guests. Slightly clogged bathroom sink.

The comforter smells bad, no bed cover or bed sheet and blanket for the extra mattress. I asked the lady in charge but she did not answer.

we have paid around about 3500 per room first room :no tissue,floor was very sticky, smells like cigarettes inside the room. you cant control the shower’s hot water . powerpoint inside toilet not working. little cockroaches roaming in the sink. other than that it’s spacious and the bed was comfortable . second room : no internet, no tissue . other than that everything is ok and very nice view

I booked for 3 beds, 2 double and 1 single. We were given only 2 double beds. i called the host, but not helpful. NO WIFI. cockroaches are present. bed frame unstable and squeaky. lights were out in one room. drainage in shower was not working well. only 2 towels were provided despite booking for 4-5 heads.

The unit that we stayed at especially the 1725 was veryyyyyy dirty full of molds!! The bed and pillows have molds and smelly, the carpet is so dirty, and looks like it haven’t vacuum it for a while, the bathroom and bedroom have molds on walls the fridge have molds too, the kitchen cabinets have molds, and the pillows are so uncomfortable, they just cut a pieces of foam and insert it on pillow case, the towels and bedsheets are smelly and looks like rags. I was so stress,and couldn’t sleep overnight because of the molds and filthy place. It was so late at night and we couldn’t find any other place to stay, so we just stayed 1 night. Molds is a health hazard, and I’m allergic to it. They shouldn’t advertise this units anymore. It’s not a livable place unless they cure all those molds. We end up going home the following day, this cause us inconvenience. Who ever is managing that place should be fired! Shes not doing her job to maintain cleanliness especially now that Covid is everywhere. This is the worst experience I ever had .
